  • Publication number: 20240103924
Abstract: A method, computer program, and computer system are provided for resource allocation in a cloud computing environment. A request for resource allocation is received from a user in a cloud computing environment. A profile is determined for the user based on one or more metrics. A workload allocation is assigned to the user based on the determined profile matching one or more clusters of other users. A usage value of the assigned workload allocation to the user may be monitored. The user is immediately upgraded to a higher workload allocation based on the usage value exceeding a threshold value.

  • Patent number: 10173118
Abstract: A foldable target game having a circular foldable target having a lip and a pocket continuously disposed on an outer perimeter. A flexible wire ring is disposed within the pocket. The circular foldable target has an open configuration having a first diameter of at least six feet and an alternate folded configuration having a second diameter of most three feet. An inner circle design and a middle circle design are disposed on the circular foldable target. A plurality of tear shaped apertures, a plurality of ovular apertures, a plurality of pie shaped apertures, and a circular aperture are disposed through the circular foldable target. A webbing is disposed on the bottom side of the circular foldable target across each aperture. A telescopable flag pole is planted within the circular aperture. A projectile such as a golf ball is shot onto the target to score points in a game.

  • Patent number: 6105031
Abstract: A real-time device data management (RTNDD) system for managing access to data describing devices in a telecommunications network. The RTNDD system maintains a partition data structure for each device. The partition data structure has a header section and a port data section. The header section contains data elements describing the device (e.g., number of ports and device type). The port data section has a port data structure for each port of the device that contains data elements describing the port (e.g., current cross-connect and actual port address for device). The RTNDD system also provides a standard interface through which external systems access the device data. The standard interface has functions for reading and writing to the partition data structures. Each read function reads multiple data elements of a header section or a port data structure at a time, and each write function writes a single data element of a device at a time.
