  • Patent number: 7028932
Abstract: A machine including a container fitted with a base that extends between lateral walls and end walls. The base partially covers (i) a mixing rotor and (ii) a feed auger which moves products in the skip either in a closed circuit or in a circuit towards a distributing chute. A transfer screw is mounted on top of the feed auger. The transfer screw can include cutting members in the form of sectioning parts. The sectioning parts co-operate with teeth which are disposed on a beam. The teeth can be positioned as necessary either on a beam located in the container or on one or more beams located on the lateral wall. Similarly, the feed auger can also include sectioning parts that co-operate with teeth if required.

  • Patent number: 6896215
Abstract: A bale-grouping and shredding device includes at least a rotor (4) equipped with said discs whereof the periphery is smooth. The discs (12) are provided with cutting members in the form of sectioning pairs (11). The sectioning pairs are V-shaped and co-operate with the teeth (17) of the barrier (11) to cut up and drive the products.

  • Publication number: 20040114459
Abstract: The machine comprises a container (1) which is fitted with a base (2) that extends between the lateral walls (3 and 4) and the end walls (5, 6). The base (2) partially covers (i) a mixing rotor (10) and (ii) a feed auger (11) which moves the products in the skip either in a closed circuit or in a circuit towards a distributing chute (13). A transfer screw (12) is mounted on top of the feed auger (11). The transfer screw can comprise cutting members in the form of sectioning parts (15). The sectioning parts co-operate with teeth (16) which are disposed on a beam (19). The teeth (16) can be positioned as necessary either on a beam located in the container or on one or more beams located on the lateral wall (4). Similarly, the feed auger (11) can also comprise sectioning parts that co-operate with teeth if required.

  • Patent number: 6625962
Abstract: A drawing frame comprising, starting from a main frame (1), a sliding frame consisting of several actuators (20, 22, 23) arranged in a straight position on the elements drawing the sheath (5). The various actuators (20, 22, 23) are guided by slide rails (13, 14) and in particular by a pair of dihedral structures (7) for example, comprising beams (10, 12) and slides mobile by the effect of the various actuators. The drawing frame can advantageously be installed on a machine used for making silos, for sheathing fodder bales for example.

  • Patent number: 6513307
Abstract: A sheathing method includes the steps of depositing a bale on a sheathing carrier. The bale is pushed onto the carrier and slides on the carrier base plate against the preceding bale using a pusher-ejector device. A pushing motion of the pusher-ejector device causes a handling equipment to simultaneously move the tractor attached to the handling in a direction opposite to the direction of the pushing motion. The movement of the tractor is caused by a cross piece arranged beneath the frame of the pusher-ejector device. The carrier has a stop integral with the two rails that define the base plate. The cross piece contacts the stop to move the carrier by a step corresponding to a length of the bale in the same direction as the tractor.

  • Patent number: 4690719
Abstract: Absorbent pad of triple thickness in the between-the-legs zone (7) and of single thickness in the lateral parts of the end zones (5,6), formed from a rectangular piece of absorbent material comprising incisions in the end zones and subjected to a double folding around longitudinal lines connecting between them the incisions of the two end zones.

  • Patent number: 4643364
Abstract: A machine permits the distribution, in rearing buildings, of forage gathered in round bales, in step with the unwinding of the said bales at the heart of the machine. The machine includes a trailer equipped with a chassis 1 fitted with a hitching drawbar 2 articulated at 25 and a set of wheels 3 mounted on side arms 4 oscillating under the effect of a ram 6. On this chassis is mounted a tub 7 equipped with a movable bottom 8 the trajectory of which incorporates a dihedral with a variable angle determined by a concave or convex diversion of the active trajectory of the conveyor belt and at any point of the latter, which conveyor belt discharges into a device for shredding and ejection, whose large-diameter rotor carries shredding teeth 22 at its front and fan blades 24 at its periphery. The dihedral angle can be adjusted by a ram 13; its position in space can be determined by the action of the ram 6 or by inflection of the drawbar around the shaft 25 or by the combination of these different actions.

  • Patent number: 4363180
Abstract: A ferrule for the end of an electric cable is equipped with a removable identification tag. A skirt of the ferrule has a space adapted to receive and to retain a first extremity of a removable tag. An identification zone of the central region of the tag has a profile adapted to permit the placing in position of rings in one direction and to retain the rings against removal in the reverse direction. The ferrule is advantageously used in all electrical installations wherein the identification means of the cables have to be modified and/or are composed of different numbers of characters.
