  • Publication number: 20180148975
Abstract: The disclosure relates to the field of providing a flexible screen which is extensible and retractable across an opening. It is desirable to provide a bottom guide track which is convenient to fit and with a low profile. The disclosed guide track arrangement provides an elongate mounting member for securing to a support that forms part of the opening, and which provides at least one elongate connection recess; and an elongate track member, formed separately from and attachable to the mounting member, and having a track region with an elongate guide recess for slidingly retaining an edge of a flexible screen. The track member has at least one engagement part engageable into the complementary connection recess by lateral movement of the track member to connect the track member to the mounting member.

  • Publication number: 20180045168
Abstract: The invention concerns a system for controlling the flow of turbined water from a plurality of hydroelectric plants (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) arranged in series along a watercourse with open channel flow, defining upstream of each plant a plurality of head races subject respectively to hydraulic flow and level constraints, said plurality of hydroelectric plants, in which the flow of water turbined by each of said plants is controlled by means of a flow setpoint (QCui), said system comprising regulation of a global electrical production power setpoint (Pc) for said plurality of hydroelectric plants by means of a flow regulation setpoint (QRGP) taken into account by the flow setpoint (QCi) of each of said plants, and in that said flow regulation setpoint (QRGP) determined by said regulation is weighted for each of said plants by means of weighting coefficients (?i) as a function of the respective hydraulic characteristics of the head races defined upstream of said plants.

  • Publication number: 20170321479
Abstract: A mounting arrangement comprised of a first component for attachment to a support, and a second component supportable by the first component. The first component has a first side which is in use distal from the second component and provides a supporting portion spaced from the first side. The second component provides an engagement portion for engagement with the supporting portion. The mounting arrangement provides a restraining part moveable between a restraining configuration for restraining disengagement of the engagement portion from the supporting portion, and a release configuration for allowing disengagement of the engagement portion from the supporting portion. The mounting arrangement further provides a securing component which is insertable between the second component and the first side of the first component to restrict disengagement of the engagement portion from the supporting portion.
