Abstract: An article of footwear and method of using the article of footwear is disclosed so a person can temporarily affix a resistance band, exercise tube or other elastic cord (hereinafter, “band”) to the bottom of their article of footwear through retaining channels and use the band in their exercise routine. The channel design is such that the band can be easily inserted, positioned for the exercise routine, and removed while at the same time be secure enough such that while the band is inserted, it does not come off the article of footwear during exercise.

Abstract: An apparatus for holding electronic devices within view of a user without having to utilize the user's hands. The apparatus comprises a wearable base that extends around a user's torso and/or neck. A stand that comprises a frame, device holder and attachment member that is releasably attached into the base. The stand is capable of maneuvering the device through all range of motion to assist user in the viewing of the device without hands.

Abstract: A kit is provided so a person can exercise anywhere the person may be located. Body rockers have a handle to grip, which body rockers alone may be used by a user for many exercises. Elastic cords of varying lengths and strength may be attached to the body rockers with carabiners. By securing a part of the elastic cord to a stationary object, the limbs of the body can be exercised as well as abs and upper body. Door stops may be used to secure the elastic cords between a door and door frame. A rocker cover can be used for back and forth rocking motion of the user. All of these items may be loaded in a workout bag and carried with the user to exercise wherever the user may be located.
