Abstract: Described are mounting assemblies for an item of aircraft furniture in an aircraft. The mounting assemblies each include a base, a first connector, and a second connector. The base includes a first slot elongated in a first direction and a second slot elongated in a second direction. The first connector is retained within and is movable within the first slot, and the second connector is retained within and is movable within the second slot. The first connector and the second connector may be simultaneously movable in the first direction and the second direction.

Abstract: Described are crossbeam assemblies for installing a furnishing to a passenger compartment. The crossbeam assemblies can include a first structural member configured to span two floor-mounted channels in a passenger compartment, and at least two attachment elements that are slidingly connected with the first structural member. The attachment elements are repositionable along the first structural member to mate with the floor-mounted channels, and lockable to retain the first structural member with respect to the two floor-mounted channels when the first structural member is attached.

Abstract: Support (10) for holding a portable electronic device. The support includes a body (12) having an upper pivot location (18) relative to a passenger seat back, a support structure (22) coupled to the body and extendible below a lower edge of the body. The support structure is shaped to receive a lower edge of the portable electronic device and secure the portable electronic device to the body when the portable electronic device is received by the support structure.
