  • Patent number: 6781847
Abstract: A housing (1) for and electrical device having at least two housing parts (2) and an electrical circuit on a printed-circuit board (5) that can be attached in the housing (1) are proposed. Furthermore, a connection device for the power supply of the device and/or signal transmission to the electronic circuit that is capable of being attached to the housing (1) is provided. After the housing parts (2) are joined, one housing wall (4) that is integral with one of the housing parts (2) forms an interference radiation-proof, chamber-like recess (3) for accommodating the connection device. Furthermore, at least one electrically-conductive contact conductor tracks of the printed-circuit board (6) connected with a ground connection of the housing.

Abstract: The invention relates to a housing (1) for an electric device, comprising at least two housing parts (2) and an electronic circuit mounted on printed circuit board (5) that can he placed in the housing (1). A connecting device for supplying power to the device and/or transmitting signals to the electronic circuit and which can be fixed on the housing (1) is also provided. A housing wall (4) integral with one of the housing parts (2) forms an interference radiation-safe chamberlike cavity (3) for receiving the connecting device after the housing parts have been assembled. At least one electrically conductive contact element (6) is also provided between the housing wall (4) of the chamber (3) and the conductors of the printed circuit board (6), which are connected to the earth terminal of the housing.

  • Patent number: 6522257
Abstract: A very reliable device, which can be implemented at a low cost, has a switch mechanism arranged on a fastening device which is installed on a vehicle seat and can engage with a plug element on a child seat; The switch mechanism has a stationary part attached to the fastening, device and a movable part, which is moved by the plug element into the stationary part on mutual engagement of the plug element with the fastenings device, thereby activating a switch so that occupancy of the vehicle seat by a child seat is signaled.

  • Patent number: 6510060
Abstract: An electrical subassembly includes a holding device having at least one support surface for communicating with a carrier substrate. The device is mechanically fixable to the carrier substrate. An electrical component fixed to the holding device, the component having at least one connecting element, the connecting element having at least one bent-off section positioned at the support surface of the holding device, the at least one bent-off section being electrically connected to at least one trace on the carrier substrate.

  • Patent number: 5535098
Abstract: The electrical device essentially consists of three main components, the circuit board (10), the housing bottom (11) and the housing cover (12). These three main components are joined to one another in the area of their outer edge. For this purpose, the housing bottom (11) and the housing cover (12) have mounting and, respectively, support sections (18, 25) which essentially extend parallel to the circuit board surface. In order to keep the unusable zones for mounting and joining circuit board and the housing parts small, the longitudinal extent of the joints is very much smaller than the total length of the corresponding circuit board edges (FIG. 3).
