The cooling device has at least one cooling channel that is integrated in the housing and extends between the at least two different planes having the optoelectronic and/or electronic components. A gaseous fluid flows through the at least one cooling channel for the purpose of cooling, and the at least one cooling channel is completely separated from the gaseous surroundings of the optoelectronic and/or electronic components.
