  • Patent number: 8991733
Abstract: A pulper for comminuting and suspending fibrous material includes a container and at least one rotor arranged in the container for circulating a fibrous material suspension located on the container and at least one rigid sieve. The rotor at least predominantly passes over the sieve surface which is provided with round sieve openings. As high a throughput as possible and as low an energy consumption as possible are to be achieved by limiting the cross-section of the sieve openings exclusively defined by circle segments.

  • Patent number: 6959634
Abstract: The invention concerns a device for die-cutting a stack of sheet-like materials, particularly labels, whereby the stack is pressed into the die-cutter blade by a relative movement of a punching ram and a hollow cylindrical die-cutter blade. For a device such as this, it is proposed that the die-cutter blade 18 is adjustably held in a frame 16, and the frame 16 is accommodated by a receiving apparatus 13 which is mounted in a punch platen 12 and is adjustable relative to it, whereby the frame 16 can be slid in a plane parallel to the punch platen 12, in particular is adjustable in the direction of two major axes that are essentially arranged perpendicular to one another, and can also be tilted out of the plane. Such a device allows for precise orientation of the die-cutter blade relative to the stack to be punched.

  • Patent number: 6880443
Abstract: The invention relates to a device for die cutting a stack consisting of sheet-type materials, in particular labels. According to said method, a movement of a stack to be cut in relation to a hollow cylindrical be pushed into said die-cutter blade. This type of device is characterized in that the die-cutter blade (18) is adjustably mounted in a frame (16), which can be inserted in a holding device (13) perpendicularly to the relative displacement direction (K) of the stacks to be cut (7) and die-cutter blades (18), and can be fixed in a central position. The holding device (13) is mounted in a die-cutter head plate (12), in such a way that it can be adjusted in relation to the latter. A die-cutter device of this type has an extremely compact construction, as a result of the positioning and mounting of the die-cutter blade in the direction of the relative movement of the stack to be cut and the die-cutter blade.

  • Patent number: 6755106
Abstract: The invention concerns a device for die-cutting a stack of sheet-like materials, particularly labels, whereby the stack is pressed into the die-cutter blade by a relative movement of a punching ram and a hollow cylindrical die-cutter blade. For such a device, it is proposed that the stack (8) to be punched be positioned between a limiting element (88) and a moveable slide-in unit 21 is positioned against a stop (89), and the limiting element (88) and the stop (89) are moveable. This type of construction of the die-cutting device ensures an optimal positioning of the stack in area of the pinching ram, independent of varying stack sizes.

  • Patent number: 6422112
Abstract: A machine for cutting stacked sheets of stock. The machine has a counter for accommodating the stock. The rear of the counter accommodates the stock to be cut and the front of the counter the cut stock. The rear of the counter also accommodates a mechanism for advancing the stack and a baffle for one side of the stack to rest against. A bent is positioned above the counter and accommodates a blade for cutting the stock and a holdfast that can be lowered onto the top of the stack. A control panel and a display panel are positioned on the front side. The machine in accordance with the present invention is characterized by at least one camera (22) at the rear (9) of the counter. The camera monitors the position of the stock in relation to the stack-advancing mechanism (10) or the lateral baffle (12) and displays on the display panel (17) a real-time image (26) of what it can discern.

  • Patent number: 6356798
Abstract: A method of operating a machine for cutting stacks of material in sheets. The machine's basic settings are established in accordance with parametric settings (machine parameters). Specific parameters (program parameters) are permanently assigned to an overall material-cutting program. Individual parameters (routine parameters) are permanently assigned to paper-cutting routines within the overall program. The machine parameters are stored and remain valid until modified or replaced by specifically requested routine parameters. The routine parameters are stored and remain valid until modified. The method allows the operation of the machine to be adapted to the various conditions that occur during the job.
