  • Patent number: 6459257
Abstract: To minimize the outlay for circuit engineering in a measuring system having at least one measuring instrument for measuring power and/or power factors at least one measuring point in an a.c. voltage network, a voltage transformer device having in each case one voltage transformer for each phase of the a.c. voltage network is arranged at a voltage-detection site of the a.c. voltage network. In addition, a current transformer for each phase is arranged at each measuring point, and to connect a measuring instrument assigned is connected to the particular measuring point at a current transformer input. The voltage transformer device and all measuring instruments are interconnected via a shared data-transmission device, in which predefined information on the detected voltages is digitally transmitted to the measuring instruments.

  • Patent number: 5897203
Abstract: A dough portioning and kneading machine comprises two dough hoppers separated from each other, a conveying chamber, in which a conveying piston is displaceably arranged, being disposed downstream of each dough hopper. At least one metering chamber is disposed downstream of each conveying chamber and is movable between a first position open towards the conveying chamber and a second position free from the conveying chamber. A metering piston is displaceably disposed in each metering chamber and partially releases the metering chamber in the latter's first position and empties the metering chamber in the latter's second position.

  • Patent number: 5242698
Abstract: Dough processing method and apparatus in which a head machine has a dough divider for producing successive dough pieces, one after the other, and a conveyor for conveying the dough pieces from the dough divider to a subsequent treatment device A first drive motor drives the dough divider and the conveyor. The subsequent treatment device has a transport conveyor with dough cups for receiving the dough pieces from the conveyor of the head machine at a transfer station and for transporting the dough pieces in the subsequent treatment device A second drive motor drives the transport conveyor. A frequency convertor is connected to the first drive motor to control the speed of operation thereof based on a selected frequency from the frequency convertor.
