    Abstract: Provided is a bullet hit squib including: an electrical connection line; a glow wire connected to the electrical connection line; and a primary explosive charge by which an active substance is formed which can be ignited by the glow wire. The primary explosive charge is formed by a primary explosive which is free of heavy metals and contains silver azide. A method for producing a bullet hit squib is also provided.
