Abstract: The invention relates to an adapter device with a mechanical interface and with an electrical interface for the electrical connection to an electronic insert of a measuring apparatus housing comprising a sensor unit. According to the invention, the adapter device comprises a supporting element, and the mechanical interface for a mechanical securing of the adapter device is configured at an interface slot of the electronic insert and/or of the measuring apparatus housing, as a resilient and non-electrically conducting casting compound which partially surrounds the supporting element of the adapter device, with at least one contour element which is adapted substantially true to contour to the interface slot and which establishes a securing operative connection to said slot.
