  • Patent number: 9273664
Abstract: A hydraulic control valve to control a double-acting working cylinder having a piston with a piston rod on one side, at least four external connections, and a device to feed the fluid forced from the small stroke space of the working cylinder into the large stroke space while the piston rod is moving out, and further for independent switching of the working cylinder from the work stroke to slow movement with a subsequent holding state to release pressure from the small stroke space, and wherein a connection of the small stroke space to the tank can be switched on. The control valve has five control edges, with two separate line paths formed to feed the fluid forced out of the small stroke space back with a back-feed control edge and a pressure-release control edge is formed to release pressure from the small stroke space to the tank.

  • Patent number: 9021797
Abstract: Hydraulically driven arrangement for the linear movement of a mass body consisting of two double acting cylinders coupled in parallel, whereby one operating cylinder is a control cylinder for controlling the movement of the mass body, which is split into an acceleration phase, a movement phase and a brake phase. The other operating cylinder is connected as a drive cylinder to the hydraulic power pack as an energy storage, in a manner that the power pack during the acceleration phase of the mass body generates the drive energy for the drive cylinder, and the drive cylinder in the brake phase of the mass body, which serves as a pump for charging the hydraulic power pack. The control cylinder and drive cylinder each have a piston with a one-sided piston rod coupled to the mass body. The control cylinder and the drive cylinder are controlled by hydraulically separated, independent control circuits.

  • Patent number: 7684950
Abstract: The invention relates to an arrangement for detecting and transmitting test data from a housing (10) including a pressure chamber (11) that is filled with a high-pressure fluid and is homogeneously pressurized via strip conductors (21) which are connected to a sensor (23) and are guided out of the housing (10). A circuit board (12), both faces of which are subjected to the pressure prevailing in the pressure chamber (11) and at least one portion (30) of which extends out of the housing is disposed inside the pressure chamber (11) as a support of the strip conductors (21). The housing (10) that encloses the pressure chamber (11) is separated on the plane of the printed board (12), the faces of the housing halves (13, 14) clamping the printed board (12) in such a way that radial forces exercised within the printed board when pressure is applied are absorbed by the housing.

  • Patent number: 6116143
Abstract: A device is disclosed for controlling a double action working cylinder (10) having a piston (11) with a piston rod (12) on a single side by means of a multiple-way valve (19), in which the available forces are to be fully applied at the beginning of the extension of the piston rod (12) and the differential motion becomes effective after a fixed distance of displacement of the piston. The multiple-way valve (19) has seven connection openings (T1, A1, P, B1, A2, T2, B2) for driving the predetermined functions, which can be driven in the individual working position by means of a valve piston (20) provided with seven control edges (1-7).

  • Patent number: 4739797
Abstract: A hydraulic piston-valve-type control valve that includes a housing in which a control piston is longitudinally displaceably disposed. By means of annular recesses, and hence control surfaces formed on piston collars about a piston core, the control piston regulates at least one fluid stream that flows through the housing. This regulation is effected by coupling the recesses between the piston collars, while appropriately longitudinally shifting the control piston, with annular control chambers on the housing side. The collars of the control piston are provided with control edges that progressively release the control chambers. The problem with heretofore known valves was that an undesired sudden increase in the flow forces could not be avoided. In addition, the manufacture of the corresponding configurations of the control edges was complicated and expensive.

  • Patent number: 4311296
Abstract: A system for regulating the flow of a fluid in dependence of an input signal includes a valve housing, a valve between an inlet and an outlet of the valve housing, a cylinder substantially closed off from the cartridge valve housing, and a piston in driving connection with the valve, and movable within the cylinder in opposite directions. A resilient device urges the piston to drive the cartridge valves so as to close the outlet , and a fluid control device communicates with a main fluid conduit and with first and second openings of the cylinder disposed on respective opposite sides of the piston. The valve housing inlet and a source of fluid are connected to the first and second openings of the cylinder, respectively, in a first active station of the fluid switch, but this connection is reversed in a second active station thereof; the first and second openings, and the source of fluid are blocked in a neutral station of the fluid switch.
