  • Patent number: 4810038
Abstract: A bunker system for accommodating and further transporting materials from surface mines includes a bunker device being provided adjacent a terrace wall. The bunker device comprises a platform and an endless conveyor for transporting the material; side walls bounding and together surrounding the platform to form, with the platform, an upwardly open storage area for accommodating and holding the materials. A niche, having niche walls, is provided in the terrace wall. Some of the side walls form part of the bunker device and are disposed on the platform adjacent the endless conveyor and some of the side walls are constituted by the niche walls.

  • Patent number: 4073432
Abstract: A known arrangement for continuously averaging a frequency comprises a counter whose count-up input receives a measuring signal and whose count-down input receives the delayed measuring signal, by which the averaging period is determined. However, spurious signals produce a cumulative indication error. In order to avoid this, an additional counter is included which each time counts the measuring signal from zero onwards and after the predetermined time interval transfers its count to the measuring counter and starts again at zero. As a result, the measuring counter is always corrected after the predetermined time interval so that errors cannot accumulate. The predetermined time interval can be obtained by means of a further counter. For delaying the measuring signal, a RAM can be used which is controlled by the further counter.

  • Patent number: 4004137
Abstract: In the case of frequency-analog measuring values the readout apparatus must be calibrated with respect to two reference points. The readout apparatus comprises a reversible counter, whose counting input for the one counting direction receives the measuring pulse train during a first time interval and whose counting input for the other counting direction receives a reference pulse train during a second time interval. The reference frequency is equalized to the measuring frequency for one reference point and the counter is set to said initial value at the beginning. The time intervals, which are equal and which coincide, are adjusted so with respect to a second reference point, that the counter indicates the desired value. The time intervals are determined in a control counter by a clock frequency. However, for period-analog measuring signals the reversible counter counts the clock frequency, and the measuring frequency and the reference frequency are applied to the control counter.
