Abstract: The invention relates to a high-pressure roller press (1), in particular a material bed roller mill or a compacting machine, comprising two press rollers (3, 4) which are rotatably mounted in a press frame (2) and are driven in opposite directions and between which a filling funnel having a pressure zone (5) is formed with a nip (S) arranged at the height of the roller axis (X, X?), the gap width (W) of said nip being variable during the operation of the roller press (1), wherein the filling funnel between the press rollers (3, 4) is delimited at the roller end faces by delimiting plates (8) arranged laterally next to the press rollers (3, 4), and the delimiting plates (8) are secured to the press frame (2) in a movable manner and under the application of a force such that the delimiting plates (8) can be pushed back against the applied force during the operation of the roller press (1).

Abstract: The invention relates to a roller press for crushing, compacting and/or briquetting material, comprising a press frame (1) and comprising two pressing rollers (2, 3) rotatably mounted in the press frame, wherein the press frame (1) receiving the pressing forces has a frame upper part (6) and a frame lower part (7) and also head pieces (13, 14) connecting the frame upper part and the frame lower part. This roller press is characterized in that the frame upper part (6) and the frame lower part (7) are connected to one another by way of at least one movable intermediate support (15), which is arranged between the head pieces (13, 14), supports the frame upper part (6) with respect to the frame lower part (7) when the press frame is open and can be transferred from an operating position into a roller removal position, and vice versa.

In the hinged frame at least two rollers are placed, positioned adjacently, which, in a roller removal position of the hinged frame, can be removed from the hinged frame sideways via the removal opening formed by the opened-out side flap. The part of the frame top wall assigned to the side flap is arranged for swivelling relative to the head piece by means of an articulated joint arranged on the associated head piece, whereby the swivel axis of the articulated joint is arranged essentially parallel to the axes of the rollers.
