  • Patent number: 5159363
Abstract: The invention relates to an overhead projector for projecting images, said projector including a liquid crystal display panel arranged in the imaging plane, an optical imaging unit and a lamp and reflector arrangement accommodated in a housing as well as a scanning means for stored data. Adjacent to the platen (18) covering the liquid crystal display panel (17), a data strip scanning means (20) is provided which is accessible from outside. A transparency (23) which shows pictures, diagrams or the like and can be placed on platen (18) comprises a data strip (25) for selective and/or joint projection with the liquid crystal images, said data strip extending into the area of the scanning means (20) when the transparency (23) is placed on platen (18).

  • Patent number: 4003067
Abstract: Camera exposure control apparatus utilizing an electronic timing circuit connected to an electromagnet for controlling, through a drive member, the movement of a shutter which opens and closes to establish an exposure interval. A latch, actuated by movement of the drive member to open the shutter, opens a switch to de-energize the electromagnet and moves into position to hold the drive member to prevent its movement to close the shutter during the time interval that the electromagnet is de-energized. Following a subsequent energization of the electromagnet the latch is released and the drive member moves to close the shutter.

  • Patent number: 3955207
Abstract: In a photographic camera of the type having a box-like camera housing and a cover door having a main cover portion which is hinged at one end to the camera housing and a lens support portion on the other end of the main cover portion, a two-part light-tight bellows is provided which couples the cover door with the camera housing in a manner permitting movement of the cover door between a closed position wherein the main cover portion is substantially parallel to one wall of the camera housing and an open position wherein the main cover portion is extended outwardly from the housing at an oblique angle and the lens support portion is substantially parallel to the one wall of the camera housing. When the door is closed, the two-part bellows is collapsed with one part folded flat against the main cover portion of the door and the other part folded flat against the lens support portion of the cover door.
