Abstract: Mobile computer, comprising two casing parts, which are connected by a hinge, so that the casing parts can be opened and closed. Each of the casing parts has an input-sensitive flat screen. The casing parts are arranged in such a way as to enable at least two operating modes. As a result, this invention can be used in at least to different operating modes, which can be selected depending on the application. In the preferred embodiment, the invention can be locked in various open positions by way of a flap mechanism.
