    Abstract: 1,3-Butadiene is polymerized to polymers having broad molecular weight distribution in a continuous-adiabatic organolithium catalyzed polymerization in a flow pipe reactor by varying in a periodic manner the ratio of catalyst to 1,3-butadiene being charged to the reactor and mixing the polymers thus produced.
