  • Patent number: 7845175
Abstract: A heat shield for mounting on a heat-radiating object, particularly on a rocket engine comprises a first planar element having a front side and a back side. In its mounted state, the first planar element extending from the heat-radiating object toward the outside, with its front side being exposed to the heat radiation at least of a section of the heat-radiating object. A second insulating element having a front side and a back side is arranged on the back side of the first planar element in such a manner that a gap is formed between the back side of the first planar element and the front side of the second element. In the mounted state of the heat shield, the gap widens in the direction from the heat-radiating object toward the outside.

  • Publication number: 20090123264
Abstract: A method and device is provided for multiaxial handling and guiding workpieces (9), particularly vehicle body subassemblies, in a processing station (2) relative to one or more processing devices (11). The workpieces (9) are placed on a supporting device (17) and, together with the supporting device (17), are handled by a number of multiaxially moving manipulators (15, 16) in common directions that are coordinated with one another, and are guided. The workpieces (9) are received by the manipulators (15, 16) together with the supporting device (17) at a receiving area (13) and are moved to a spatially separate processing area (14) and back again, whereby they are displaced relative to one or more processing devices (11) in the processing area (14) during the processing process.

  • Patent number: 4986582
Abstract: On a panel frame 1 of a closure made of metal or plastic profiles, the grooved surface 4 has a guide channel 5 which is open on one side, but provided on both sides with undercuttings 6 in the crosswise direction for the accommodation of a connecting rod. The connecting rod found in guide channel 5 is coupled by the open side of the latter with a control mechanism, which has a pinion 14 that can be driven by an operating handle and is supported in a housing. In the region of incorporation of the control mechanism, the metal or plastic profile of panel frame 1 is provided with a notch 22, which penetrates the bottom 8 of guide channel 5 and in which is engaged the housing segment 15 of the control mechanism supporting pinion 14. At least one of the ends of a coupling slide bar 17 of longitudinally displaceable guiding housing segment 16 of the control mechanism permanently engaged with pinion 14 is supported in front of the open side of guide channel 5 on the metal or plastic profile.
