  • Publication number: 20120247255
Abstract: A monorail shifting device (1) for a multi-gear variable-speed transmission with a gearshift rail (2), a shifting element (3) and a selector element (5). The gearshift rail (2) is arranged and can be displaced axially, in a transmission housing (10), and the shifting element (3) is connected to the gearshift rail (2), fixed in the axial direction. The shifting element (3) transmits axial shifting movement selectively to one of a plurality of shifting fork arms (6, 7, 8). Relative to the transmission housing (10), the selector element (5) is fixed in the axial direction on the housing. The shifting element (3) and the selector element (5) can pivot together about a central axis (11). A shift position detent (18) acts between the shifting element (3) and the selector element (5). Furthermore, the monorail shifting device is typically incorporated into a multi-gear variable-speed transmission.

  • Patent number: 8065934
Abstract: A transmission (8) having a transmission housing (26) having a region in which gear wheels (66, 68) rotate and a heat exchanger (30) which absorbs the heat generated in the transmission (8). This heat is transferred to a transmission lubricant and released to a coolant to transport the heat away from the transmission (8). A recess (56) is provided, in the transmission housing (26) outside of the region in which the gearwheels (66, 68) rotate, through which transmission lubricant flows and in which the heat exchanger (30) is arranged. The heat exchanger (30) has a bypass valve (48) which enables the heat exchanger (30) to be bypassed starting at a predefined low or excess pressure.

  • Publication number: 20080216595
Abstract: The invention concerns a shift rocker arrangement (2) for a shift transmission, comprising a shift rocker (4) in the form of a two-arm bracket that extends around a transmission element to be shifted, which is mounted to pivot within a transmission housing (42) about a pivot axis (6) located essentially in the plane of the bracket by means of pivot bearings arranged on the arms (14, 16) of the bracket. To avoid openings leading through the wall of the transmission housing for the insertion of pivot pins for mounting the shift rocker, it is provided that the shift rocker (4) is mounted by means of bearing elements (24) formed on the bracket arms (14, 16) and complementary bearing elements (34) provided on the inside wall of the closing housing. The transmission housing is preferably divided in the area of the bracket plane.

  • Publication number: 20080006635
Abstract: A transmission system for either a manual shift transmission, an automatic transmission or an automated transmission in which the electrical connections and the pneumatic connections including any ventilation port, for the internal components of the transmission are combined with one another so as to exit the transmission housing via a single unified connection formed in the housing wall of the transmission.

  • Publication number: 20060213462
Abstract: A transmission (8) has a transmission case (26) that comprises an area in which the gear wheels (66, 68) rotate, and a heat exchanger (30) that absorbs heat generated in the transmission (8) and transferred to a transmission lubricant and conveys this heat to a coolant for transporting the heat away from the transmission (8). A recess (56), through which transmission lubricant flows and in which the heat exchanger (30) is arranged, is provided in the transmission case (26) outside the area in which the gear wheels (66, 68) rotate.

  • Publication number: 20050284244
Abstract: An arrangement of the intermediate gear for a reverse gear (1) is proposed for a transmission with a drive shaft and an output shaft (2) arranged coaxially in relation to it and with one additional intermediate shaft (4) arranged parallel to the drive and output shafts (2) for a power take-off. The intermediate gear for the reverse gear (1) is driven by a shaft (3) and drives the output shaft (2), in which the intermediate gear for the reverse gear (1) is arranged above an imaginary plane (A) extended through the axes of the driving shaft (3) and the output shaft (2) and, with a horizontal orientation of plane (A), the driving shaft (3) is located to the right of the output shaft (2) in the direction of travel.
