  • Publication number: 20240081768
Abstract: A computer-implemented method comprises: reading in sensor data relating to an image file; assigning the sensor data to a first position of a patient's anatomical structure; extracting at least one second position of the patient's anatomical structure from a medical diagnostic report; comparing the first position and the at least one second position; and outputting a warning signal if the comparison does not yield a match.

  • Publication number: 20240087697
Abstract: Systems and computer-implemented methods are provided for identifying a template data structure for a medical report based on a medical image data set. The computer-implemented method includes: receiving a medical image data set of a patient; generating a representation of the medical image data set for display via a user interface; providing the representation for displaying to the user via the user interface; receiving, via the user interface, input directed to a medical finding visible in the representation; predicting a finding type of the medical finding based on the input; performing a lookup operation in a database to identify a template data structure for a medical report corresponding to the predicted finding type; and providing the template data structure.

  • Patent number: 10803980
Abstract: A user interacts with a medical imaging system and a medical reporting system to prepare a medical report. The medical reporting system includes report templates for medical reports. The report templates include placeholder fields with unique placeholder designations and metadata. After a user entry in the medical imaging system to select an image dataset, the image dataset and analysis tools are made available to the user. After a user entry in the medical reporting system to select a report template, a report template is made available. Placeholders contained in the selected report template are displayed with corresponding placeholder designations and metadata, automatically sent to the imaging system, and displayed as data requests. According to the data requests displayed, the data corresponding to the data requests is ascertained or determined by the user and assigned to the placeholder designations. A report editor automatically saves the data in the placeholder fields.

  • Patent number: 9411799
Abstract: A document and template creation system includes a document and template creation device. The document and template creation device is configured to identify at least one domain ontology concept based on at least a portion of a text-string input into a document, propose the at least one domain ontology concept for selection by the user, and insert at least one of the at least one domain ontology concept into the document in response to selection by the user.

  • Patent number: 9307909
Abstract: One embodiment of the invention is disclosed, related to a method for associating at least two different medical findings with each other, each of the findings being based on a characteristic area in a different set of images. The location of at least one anatomical landmark in relation to the respective characteristic area is determined in each in each of the different sets of images. Then a reference to the least one anatomical landmark is stored together with the respective finding for each of the at least two findings. Finally, pairs of associated findings based on a comparison of the respective references to the at least one anatomical landmark are identified among the at least two findings.

  • Patent number: 4883427
Abstract: A voltage supply apparatus includes a component assembly rack. A component assembly plugged into the component assembly rack has a first part subject to interference potential, a second part free of interference potential, and a contact strip for feeding process signals to the component assembly. Separate voltage supplies are provided for the parts. A front plug corresponds to the contact strip. A plug/socket system disposed between the component assembly and the component assembly rack establishes voltage supply to the first part when the component assembly is plugged into the component assembly rack.
