  • Patent number: 11957259
Abstract: A cubby unit includes a unit housing, a plurality of cubbies disposed within the unit housing, and an interface positioned along the unit housing. Each of the plurality of cubbies includes a cubby housing defining an internal compartment and a door coupled to the cubby housing. The door facilitates accessing the internal compartment of the cubby housing. The interface provides a cubby selection interface that facilitates manual assignment of a respective cubby to a respective order by an employee.

  • Patent number: 10599967
Abstract: An RFID label with protection of the RFID function includes an RFID transponder chip and a carrier substrate, on which the RFID transponder chip is disposed. Furthermore, at least one structure element in vertical projection is disposed laterally offset from the RFID transponder chip. The at least one structure element acts as a spacer and, in case of an external mechanical stress, prevents a direct force action on the transponder chip and a junction to an attached antenna structure.

  • Patent number: 5742395
Abstract: In a method for checking semiconductor wafers and apparatuses for carrying out the method, a lacquer layer applied on a semiconductor wafer is checked. Initially, regions which are to be excluded from the check and surfaces which are to be checked, are ascertained. The checking is effected by direct illumination in such a way that the lacquer layer reflects light. The resulting values of the reflectance are determined and buffer-stored. A determination is performed for each surface as to whether or not it is to be accepted or rejected, in accordance with a predetermined evaluation criterion.

  • Patent number: 5644140
Abstract: One embodiment of an apparatus for checking semiconductor wafers includes a receiver for a semiconductor wafer to be checked. A light illuminates the wafer. A hemispherical hood has a surface and a hemispherical region defining an interior inside the hemispherical region. A further hood is disposed in the vicinity of the light. A camera is disposed at the hemispherical hood and has a lens looking into the interior inside the hemispherical hood. A evaluator is connected to the camera for controlling the camera and receiving, buffer-storing, processing and outputing data transmitted by the camera. Another embodiment includes a first light directly illuminates the wafer with light of a first color and a second light indirectly illuminates the wafer with light of a second color being complementary to the first color. A surface of the hood is of the second color.

  • Patent number: 4324779
Abstract: A method for treating hypertonia with a preparation of N-(2-furfuryl)-4-chloro-5-sulfamoyl-anthranilic acid having a slightly retarded release, wherein the release of the active substance in vitro, measured in the flow through-cell to Dibbern, is not more than 5% after 1 hour in a buffer solution of pH 1.5 and about 10 to at most 25% of the active substance content after a two-hour treatment in a buffer solution of pH 5.5.
