  • Patent number: 10137618
Abstract: A device for producing plastics parts having at least one rod-shaped metal insert, and comprising first and second mold half elements. At least one of the mold half elements is movable along a closure direction (Z). The mold half elements together can form a closed cavity for molding a plastics part, the insert projecting at least in portions into the cavity in order to be overmolded with plastics material, and being substantially arranged between the two mold half elements in a dividing plane which comprises a longitudinal direction (X) and a width direction (Y). At least one of the mold half elements has at least one fixing means wherein the insert can be fixed in the width direction. A positioning means can be arranged at a proximal end of the insert, allowing the insert to be moved along the longitudinal direction (X) into an injection position.

  • Patent number: 9362643
Abstract: A coupling arrangement for a line for transmitting high power electrical energy as well as for transmitting a pressurized fluid, the line having at least one fluid channel and at least one electrical conductor, consisting of a first and second coupling piece, in each case comprising at least one fluid channel and at least one electrical connecting element, wherein, in a coupled position of the first and second coupling piece, a liquid-tight connection of the fluid channels and an electrically conductive connection exists between the electrical connecting elements and, in a decoupled position of the first and second coupling piece, the fluid channels and the electrical connecting elements are separated from one another, wherein the coupling arrangement encompasses an intermediate position, which is provided between the coupled and decoupled position, in which the first and second coupling piece are connected to one another in a liquid-tight manner.

  • Patent number: 9130286
Abstract: The invention relates to a plug-in coupling for the transfer of high-power energy and for the transfer of a fluid under pressure, consisting of at least one coupler plug (2) and at least one coupler socket (3). The coupler plug (2) can be introduced into the coupler socket (3) at least to some extent to produce a coupled state and can be removed from the coupler socket (3) to produce a decoupled state. The coupler socket (3) and the coupler plug (2) advantageously comprise an inner conductor (4, 5) which is electroconductive in at least some sections and which is surrounded by a fluid channel (6) in at least some sections. The coupler socket (3) and the coupler plug (2) have means (7, 8) for sealing the fluid channel (6) in a liquid-tight manner in the decoupled state and for producing a continuous fluid channel (6) in the coupled state.

  • Patent number: 9099217
Abstract: A line arrangement for transmitting high-power electrical energy and a pressurized fluid, having a hose that has a hose interior, an electrical conductor, at least one hose-terminating element having a hose-terminating element interior and at least one electrically conductive conductor-terminating element, wherein the electrical conductor is at least partially accommodated in the hose interior, a fluid channel is formed in the hose interior, the conductor-terminating element is arranged on the electrical conductor at a free end and is fastened in the hose-terminating element interior at a distance from the hose-terminating element, and an insulation means, which circumferentially enclose the electrical conductor and the conductor-terminating element, are provided at least in the transition region between the electrical conductor and the conductor-terminating element.

  • Patent number: 8747134
Abstract: The invention relates to a plug-in coupling system for the transfer of high-power energy and for the transfer of a fluid under pressure, consisting of at least one coupler plug (2, 2?) and at least one coupler socket (3, 3?) with at least one electrical conductor (4, 5), respectively. The coupler plug (2, 2?) can be introduced into the coupler socket (3, 3?) to produce a coupled state and can be removed from the coupler socket (3, 3?) to produce a decoupled state. The plug-in coupling advantageously comprises at least one electromechanical protection system consisting of at least one electronic switch means (35) and at least one mechanical switch means (4, 11), arranged inside the coupler socket (3) and/or the coupler plug (2), said mechanical switch means establishing or separating the electroconductive connection, the electronic switch means (35) and the mechanical switch means (4, 11) being independently controllable.
