  • Patent number: 4951806
Abstract: A double-belt conveyor band with a continuously revolving conveyor band, the belt of which is supported on a band feeder and in connection with a steep segment on trough roller assemblies, and is supported flatly on the steep segment, as well as with a continuously revolving covering band. The belt is buckled in the conveyor seam for the formation of closed conveyor spaces, preferably between traction reinforcements positioned externally, the shear-resistant lateral reinforcements acting in cooperation therewith. The belt ends are pressed on one another and the longitudinal edges of the belt are held together. It is provided in accordance with the invention that, in order to hold together the belts on both longitudinal edges of the cover band, fasteners projecting externally are provided with opposing apertures to which the longitudinal edges of the conveyor belt, during the running of the trough roller assemblies, approach or move away from during the running of the conveyor belt.

  • Patent number: 4730934
Abstract: In a mobile mixer, preferably having counterrotational emptying, for building materials, in particular concrete, in a mixing drum (1) which, on its inner wall (9), has one or more flat elevators (11, 12) following a helix and extending from the closed drum base (2) to the drum opening (3), which elevators (11, 12) are driven about the drum axis during rotation of the mixing drum and push the building material to the front of the closed base (2) during transport and during mixing, with one or more flat sections (26, 27) which are helically curved about the mixing drum axis (4) being fixed for driving during the mixing drum rotation (5) in the mixing drum space enclosed by the elevators acting as mixing spirals (11, 12), which flat sections (26, 27) are arranged counterrotationally to the mixing spirals (11, 12) in such a way that, during the transport and during the mixing of the buiding material (13), they produce a counterflow in the building material filling core surrounded by the mixing spirals (11, 12).

  • Patent number: 4343598
Abstract: A valve structure for a viscous material pump having a material reservoir, a pair of alternately operable material conveying cylinders, discharge conduit means, and a valve control means coupled to the valve structure and to the material conveying cylinders. The valve structure has a pair of movable swivel pipes extending between the conveying cylinders and the discharge conduit means. Each of the swivel pipes has an opening movable over one of the conveying cylinders to receive the contents discharged therefrom and a plate movable over said one conveying cylinder to block same.

  • Patent number: 4310124
Abstract: A mixer for viscous material has a plurality of rotating knife impellers which coact with stationary breaking knives in a cylindrical housing. The cylindrical housing has a converging portion containing guide ribs, stationary knives, and guide paddles. The shaft, in the converging portion, mounts helical ribbon segments and thrust paddles.
