    Abstract: A method for the manufacture of a substantially cylindrical, possibly conical, container (1) having a first (upper) opening (10) and a second (lower) end opening (28), in which connection, starting from a plastically deformable plastic tube (39) produced by an extruder, the container (1) is shaped in a blowing method by a blow mandrel (52) introduced into the first upper opening (10). In order to permit simple but nevertheless precise manufacture, the second (lower) opening (28) is closed by an axially movable closure mandrel (42).
