Publication number: 20190185719Abstract: A method for producing an adhesive tape by coating a carrier material in web form with a solvent-free adhesive composition, wherein immediately prior to the coating of the carrier material with the adhesive composition, the surface of the adhesive composition or the surface of the carrier material or the surface both of the adhesive composition and of the carrier material is heated by introduction of heat to a temperature of at least 30° C. above the processing temperature, has the effect that the adhesive composition is significantly better anchored on the carrier. For an adhesive tape produced in this way, a boost in the anchorage by up to 60% can be achieved. The penetration of the composition into carriers, especially rough carriers, can take place very much more easily under the conditions of the high temperatures and is controllable by means of the temperature regime.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 17, 2018Publication date: June 20, 2019Applicant: tesa SEInventors: Thomas SCHABERNACK, Oliver BECHT, Markus ZAGERMANN, Gerhard VOGT, Christof-Gottfried HOELGER

Patent number: 9966659Abstract: A one-piece antenna module, has at least one outside receiving and/or transmitting antenna element under an outer cover. The one-piece antenna module has an antenna box, which has no or few inside internal antennas and which surrounds the electronic circuits that interact with the antenna elements. The outer cover is detachably fastened to the antenna box and can be attached so as to protrude from an opening in the vehicle roof. The antenna box is closed on all sides and can be attached below the vehicle roof by a metal top side. The metal closed top side has feed-throughs for the outside antenna elements. The outside antenna elements in the outer cover are electrically coupled to the circuits inside the antenna box closed on all sides by the feed-throughs. Thus, a compact installation part is obtained, which provides complete shielding between an antenna part and a transceiver part.Type: GrantFiled: May 15, 2013Date of Patent: May 8, 2018Assignees: Continental Automotive GmbH, Kathrein-Werke KGInventors: Guy-Aymar Chakam, Gerald Schillmeier, Frank Mierke, Gerhard Vogt

Patent number: 8537340Abstract: An optical distance-measuring device includes a light source, and an interferometer unit having a measuring retroreflector, stationary reference retroreflector, beam-splitter element, beam-recombiner unit, and detection unit. The beam of rays emitted by the light source swivels about the center of the reference retroreflector. The beam of rays arriving from the light source splits via the beam-splitter element into a measuring beam and reference beam. The measuring beam propagates in the direction of the measuring retroreflector, and the reference beam propagates collinearly with the measuring beam in the direction of the reference retroreflector. The measuring beam is reflected back by the measuring retroreflector and the reference beam is reflected back by the reference retroreflector in the direction of the beam-recombiner unit, the measuring beam traveling symmetrically relative to the reference retroreflector prior to and after reflection at the measuring retroreflector.Type: GrantFiled: June 29, 2011Date of Patent: September 17, 2013Assignee: Dr. Johannes Heidenhain GmbHInventors: Wolfgang Holzapfel, Michael Stepputat, Gerhard Vogt, Florian Garczarek
