  • Publication number: 20060273116
Abstract: A container (1) including a valve (2) serves to discharge a product located in container (1), particularly a hair care product provided with a propellant. Container (1) shows a circumferential sleeve (3) at its top. A valve disk (4) grips under the sleeve (3) with its skirt (5) and encloses a passage (6). A sealing device (8) seals the valve disk (4) with respect to the sleeve (3). To prevent that the sleeve (3) is deformed towards the interior if the container (1), which is made of plastic, heats up, a circumferential ring (9) is put into the gap between the sleeve (3) and the valve (2).

  • Patent number: 6605342
Abstract: A label for a container has a transparent first foil (2) consisting of a transparent nonslip material (4), which can be a thermoplastic elastomer, a transparent second foil (3) consisting of a transparent material (5) with tensile strength, such as polypropylene, and an adhesive layer (9). The second foil (3) is arranged between the first foil (2) and the adhesive layer. The second foil (3) is provided with an imprint (17.3) on a side facing the adhesive layer (9) and the imprint (17.3) is embedded in the adhesive layer. In another embodiment the label includes a transparent foil (21), which is made of a transparent material (24) with tensile strength, a nonslip coating (22) on a first side (34). The coating (22) is preferably a lacquer coating (23). These labels provide a nonslip gripping surface on a container and are dimension stable, which facilities imprinting.

  • Patent number: 6506501
Abstract: The permanent shaping method avoids overcurling of hair tips. Prior to performing the permanent shaping of the hair, the hair tips are protected by wrapping the hair tips with an impregnated foil and then performing the permanent shaping of the hair. The foil is an impregnated hair-tip paper that has been treated with an aqueous preparation that provides superior permanent shaping results. This aqueous preparation contains water, from 20 to 70 percent by weight of at least one lipophilic substance; from 1 to 25 percent by weight of at least one emulsifier and from 0.5 to 15 percent by weight of at least one organic acid. An impregnated foil made from silk or rice paper is also described.

  • Patent number: 6089404
Abstract: The tube (1) has a metallic casing (2) and a label (3) on the casing. In order to improve the seal of the tube at the fold (6) the label (3) extends beyond the edge region (5) at the end of the tube (1) opposite to the cap (4) to form two adjacent label edge portions (10) and a weld seam or glue seam (9) is provided between the adjacent label edge portions (10) at the fold (6). The weld or glue seam (9) can seal the rear edge (7) of the casing (2) or only prevent an unfolding or release of the fold (6) at the edge region (5).
