Abstract: A stabilized thermoplastic resin composition is disclosed which contains: structural units derived from at least one substituted or unsubstituted polycarbonate, at least one substituted or unsubstituted polyester, a cyclo iminoether containing compound and an additive. Also disclosed is a stabilized thermoplastic resin composition containing structural units derived from at least one substituted or unsubstituted polycarbonate, at least one substituted or unsubstituted polyester, a cyclo iminoether containing compound, a quencher and an additive. In addition the composition disclosed possess good optical properties, thermal properties and stability.

Abstract: Novel polyester composition comprising a polyester, wherein said polyester comprises structural units derived from substituted or unsubstituted diacid or diester, a substituted or unsubstituted diol; a phosphorus containing compound and at least one selected from a stabilizer and an organic compound comprising at least one functional group is been disclosed. In addition methods for the preparation of the polyester composition and articles derived from said composition is disclosed.

Abstract: Novel copolymer composition comprising structural units derived from a substituted or unsubstituted diacid or diester, a substituted or unsubstituted diol and diimide compound have been disclosed. Also disclosed is a thermoplastic resin composition comprising structural units derived from a polymer resin and the copolyester of the present invention. In addition methods for the preparation of the copolymers and thermoplastic composition is discussed and articles derived from said thermoplastic composition is disclosed.

Abstract: A clear blend of three resin components includes a first polycarbonate resin component; a second resin component of a first polyester copolymer resin derived from a cycloaliphatic diol and a cycloaliphatic dicarboxylic acid, and a third resin component of a second polyester polymer resin derived from the condensation of a cyclohexane diol with a terephthalic acid and an additional condensation reaction component selected from aliphatic or aromatic diacids or diols suitable for enhancing the clarity of said blend wherein the three component blend has a light transmission of seventy percent or greater and an elongation at break after exposure to Fuel C of forty percent or greater.
