  • Patent number: 11945703
Abstract: An assistance system uses cameras and sensors to identify a set of vehicle wheels within a lift area, then virtualizes the position and orientation of the vehicle relative to one or more lift posts. The system also determines a center of gravity for the vehicle and uses that center of gravity and other information associated with the vehicle to determine a position within the lift area at which the vehicle should be positioned. The system may also provide guidance to aid in positioning the vehicle at or near that position. Such guidance may be provided as one or more visual or audio indicators or via a software interface. The system may be integrated with lift arms allowing for automated rotation, extension, and elevation of lift adapters once the vehicle is positioned, and it may use distributed processing to locate relevant objects in captured images used in this calculation.

  • Patent number: 9397691
Abstract: A continuous-time delta-sigma modulator for analog-to-digital conversion includes a pair of pseudo-differential signal paths including a pair of pseudo-differential signal paths including current-controlled ring oscillators as the load of open-loop common-source amplifiers that are driven by an analog input signal. The signal path produces digital values by sampling the open-loop current-controlled ring oscillators. A calibration circuit measures nonlinear distortion coefficients in a replica of the signal path. A nonlinearity corrector corrects digital values based upon the nonlinear distortion coefficients.

  • Patent number: 9045153
Abstract: A device for engagement to and moving of a display case supported by leveling posts extending from the bottom of a support member. The device features a wheeled skate having a fork engageable around the support member and against the frame of the display case. The fork is translatable to an elevated position to elevate the frame of the display case wherein a plurality of the skates, so engaged, will support the display case and allow a rolling thereof. Support members are engageable between each adjacent skate engaged to the display case.

  • Patent number: 8967592
Abstract: A lifting system for shelves and store gondolas which provides for a deflective contact engagement of the upright posts of the frame of the shelving which supports the load on engaged shelves and products. The device features a dolly and extending members having an opening on distal ends to contact the post in a removable engagement. Tapers on the members provide for deflection of any kickplates blocking the members from engagement to the posts. The dollies may be employed in a plurality around the shelf and engaged with connector bars between them for a unified movement of the dollies elevating the shelf.

  • Patent number: 8894902
Abstract: A method for forming a maintenance hole base for the bottom surface of a maintenance shaft using a configurable modular mold and thermoforming or rotational molding. The modular mold is formed of individual members of groups of central core components engageable to surrounding periphery components to yield a mold which will form the appropriate engagement and communication pathways for the base when installed. Polymeric material is employed with the mold to yield a finished component configured for use in the base of the maintenance shaft.

  • Patent number: 8794899
Abstract: A system for lifting of store shelves with merchandise on the shelves. The system employs a lifting member formed of two opposing cross members which sandwich support members of store shelving therebetween. Projecting forks from the two cross members engage sleeves on opposite sides of leveling feet which project from the support member of the shelf toward the floor. Jacks engaged to both sides of each lifting member elevate the shelf with the lifting members in engagement with each support member of the shelf.

  • Patent number: 8672296
Abstract: A lifting device for warehouse shelving supported by closely spaced vertical members is provided. The device employs a pivotable bracket which engages the vertical member at a central position with a pin to allow the bracket to rotate to move the top of the bracket away from the vertical member and position the member in a gap in the bracket. In the rotated position the bracket is engageable to a plate whereupon the bracket is pivoted back parallel with the vertical member and engaged with a second pin. A jack lifts the plate thereafter to thereby lift the member and the shelf.
