  • Patent number: 7399718
Abstract: The invention relates to a multilayer material comprising (a) a first layer that consists of plaster or that substantially consists of plaster, and (b) at least one second layer, comprising a sandwich textile fiber material. The fibers of said material are interlinked in a mechanically stable manner, are incombustible and weather-proof and the interspaces are filled with a finely porous material. The second layer has a diffusion-equivalent air layer thickness of not more than 2.0 m and is water-impermeable at a water pressure of at least 100 mm water column. The inventive material can be used outdoors due to its properties. The invention further relates to methods for producing such a material.

  • Publication number: 20060265062
Abstract: The invention relates to a resorbable, biocompatible moulded body and a process for its production. The moulded body is mechanically processable and comprises an organic component which is solid at <40° C., which is biocompatible, which forms networks in water, and which is resorbable in the bodies of mammals within 3 to 20 days, and a solid, inorganic chemical component which is distributed within it with a particle size of d50 of 7-800 nm, which is resorbable in the bodies of mammals within 7 to 180 days. This is obtained by converting a sol consisting of Ca compounds with an acidic phosphorous acid ester, contaminating the sol with additional cations by adding 0 to 5 weight % alcoholate or carboxylate of Na, K, Zn, Mg or mixtures of these, mixing the sol with the dissolved organic component, spray-drying the mixture and compressing the granulate obtained into a moulded body.

  • Patent number: 7063736
Abstract: The present invention relates to an electrically conductive coating which is producible by hydrolytic condensation of a mixture including at least one hydrolysable silicon compound of general formula SiXnR(4-n) (I), wherein at least one of the R radicals is a mercapto-substituted alkyl or aryl group and is a compound of general formula ZaSiYbR(4-a-b) (II), wherein the Z radical is for example a quaternary ammonium salt, whereby the mixture to be hydrolytically condensed comprises at least one portion of an ether containing and alkyl group. The coating is particularly suitable for toner transfer drums and has high scratch resistance and good adhesion to the substrate.

  • Patent number: 6500552
Abstract: The present invention relates to an electrically conductive coating that is producible by hydrolytic condensation of a mixture comprising at least one silicon compound of the general formula SiXnR(4−n) (I), wherein at least one of the groups R is a mercapto-substituted alkyl or aryl group; and a compound of the general formula ZaSiYbR(a−4−b) (II), wherein the group Z is a quaternary ammonium salt, for example. Said coating is particularly suitable for toner transfer drums, and exhibits high scratch resistance and good adhesion to the substrate.
