The adjuster has at least one entry, which is fluidically and operatively connected to the inlet opening. The adjuster has at least two exits, which are spaced apart from each other and from each of which an open air stream exits into the outlet opening. The adjuster is designed to align the open air streams to a focal point and the adjuster is designed to be located outside of a field of view of the motor vehicle interior.
