  • Publication number: 20190189275
Abstract: Only a small percentage of our population (e.g., the rich and power) can afford dedicated personal human doctors hence live healthier and longer. Healthcare inequality is a fundamental challenge to our society. Social and policy solutions such as ObamaCare are difficult to implement. Our invention intends to provide a technology solution by getting everyone a data-driven artificial intelligence (AI) personal doctor (AIPD), i.e. the first trainable Robot Doctor. We invent new methods and systems to create and train the artificial brains (AB) of the first trainable robot doctor named AIPD on NLP and deep learning technologies. The AB of AIPD can be pre-trained with validated health literature from authorities and can be continuously trained with NLP and deep learning algorithms by the growing literature and user contacts. The first robot doctor's response by its AB can be validated by a human doctor or can be cross-validated from another AIPD robot doctor with a different trainable artificial brain.

  • Publication number: 20170134411
Abstract: This patent includes three claims of inventions for the methods and automated systems to effectively resist (predict|attenuate|measure|detect—P.A.M.D.) cyber attacks. Claim 1 comprises of the automated modeling and computing (AMP) method and the AMP cloud system to enable the PAMD-P capability that produces predictive intelligence and may enable a paradigm shift from past to future-oriented enterprise and national-security cyber defense. Claim 2 comprises of the method and system that enables PAMD-A capability that effectively attenuates and resists cyber attacks by the method of sensor deceptions. Claim 3 comprises of the methods and systems to enable PAMD-M and PAMD-D capabilities that automatically measure the performance of network defense and automatically run a number of analytics on a variety of datasets of large volumes.

  • Publication number: 20160269378
Abstract: New methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs called PNN (predictive neural network) artificial intelligence (AI) machines are disclosed for financial and cyber-security predictions. The PNN AI machines use unique neural network algorithms to optimize and select the best method with the highest back-test accuracy for the predictions. The PNN machines predict multiple relevant entities (e.g., stocks) to cross validate the future trends, and help respond to future financial and cyber-security crises like weather forecast to severe weather conditions. The PNN AI machines are applied in two fields: PNN Financial for investment and trading, and DeepCyber for cyber security. Extended from the PNN artificial neural networks (intelligence) machines, a group of DeepCyber methods based on the Mobile Cloud Pangu Servers (MCPS) cloud platform are disclosed to defend networks and computer applications for cyber security.

  • Publication number: 20130297326
Abstract: The invention set proposes net gains formulas for an alternative to mortgage defaults (i.e., mortgage to rent programs) to prevent foreclosures, attempting to save global economy from another crisis. The set also provides novel formulas to calculate the default probability for mortgage of a home located by a mobile GPS. The set includes processes, models, algorithms and strategies related to sentiment analysis shown in Ye's 2011 Wiley book “High-Frequency Trading Models”. It contains original software design flowchart to use near real-time stock or brand tweets from twitter, news and text analytics to conduct sentiment analysis for stocks and brands. The set offers a novel framework and algorithms to assess fund managers' decision styles. It also provides two actionable approaches to price healthcare claims reasonably to reduce costs, and to price and create claims-backed stock and derivatives markets for U.S. government to pay for large healthcare bills.

  • Publication number: 20030074339
Abstract: The invention pertains to the following three aspects: (1) the commercial use of the computerized formulas in any forms of business development and practice. The main field of the business practice is the intelligent decision (broker) service via wireless device, Internet, and desktop or handheld devices. The intelligent decision broker service helps users make sound decisions based on more solid theoretical foundation; (2) any economic and statistical computer applications using the computerized formulas with the decision likelihood theory. The potential of using the formulas and the associated processes is unlimited because everyone needs to make discrete choices everyday. The formulas can be used in financial, political, educational areas alike; (3) the core computer application with the formulas embedded, the judgment prediction system, is available for commercial elaboration and integration.
