Abstract: A voice transmission starting system and starting method for a vehicle are provided to start a voice transmission device through recognition of a motion. The method includes outputting, by a controller, an ultrasonic wave having substantially uniform amplitude and recognizing the output ultrasonic wave as an input. In addition, the controller generates a signal based on information regarding the recognized ultrasonic wave and transmits the signal to start the voice transmission device.

Abstract: A vehicle control system includes a plurality of operation input units configured to input a manual operation from a user as an input signal, the input units being installed in a plurality of predetermined positions within a vehicle. A reading unit is configured to read a vehicle control signal corresponding to the input signal, and a control unit is configured to control an audio & video (AV) device or an air-conditioning device by the vehicle control signal. The plurality of operation input units are installed adjacent to a manipulation unit of the AV device and a manipulation unit of the air-conditioning device to input the input signal for controlling the AV device and the air-conditioning device.

Abstract: A display capable of moving an image determines whether an input signal is coordinate information according to a gesture of a hand or an external input signal. The display calculates, if the input signal is coordinate information, the coordinate that is moved according to the gesture of the hand. After determining whether the hand gesture is a lateral movement, the display generates, if the hand gesture is a lateral movement, a control signal to move a second image mover to the left or right side. A rotator that is included in the display moves the second image mover according to the control signal and displays the image at a moved position through the moved second image mover.

Abstract: Disclosed is an apparatus for blocking incident rays from entering an interior cabin of a vehicle. More specifically, an imaging device provided at a predetermined position in the vehicle and photographing an area around a driver's hands and eyes when a driver raises his or her hand to block rays in the direction of a driver's seat. A control unit which receives photographs from the imaging device, acquires an extension line which extends from the eye area to the hand area. A ray blocking mechanism installed in the vehicle accordingly is then controlled and accordingly operated to block the point where the extension line and the windshield glass or the side glass of the driver's seat meet each other.
