  • Publication number: 20140154424
Abstract: A roll-to-roll sputtering method transports a flexible substrate wound on an unwinder roll to a depositing part, forms a deposited film on the flexible substrate, and winds the flexible substrate on a winder roll. The depositing part includes a first depositing part. The first depositing part includes a first sputtering part which deposits a first target material on one surface of the flexible substrate and a heater which is disposed at a side of the other surface of the flexible substrate to heat the flexible substrate.

  • Publication number: 20110032622
Abstract: An optical filter for a display device includes a base substrate, an EMI shielding coating formed directly on an upper surface of the base substrate to filter EMI, and a color control resin coating applied directly on a lower surface of the base substrate or an upper surface of the EMI shielding coating. Due to the EMI shielding coating and the color control resin coating formed directly on the base substrate, it is possible to simplify a manufacturing process, improve productivity, and reduce manufacturing costs.

  • Publication number: 20100013799
Abstract: A touch input detecting display filter includes a layered body and a vibration detector. The layered body includes a base substrate disposed in front of a display panel, and an optical filter part having an anti-reflecting film layered on the base substrate. The vibration detector is disposed on the layered body. When an object gets in touch with the layered body, the vibration detector detects vibration generated from a touch location of the layered body.

  • Publication number: 20090273581
Abstract: A display filter for a display device having a display panel includes a base substrate disposed in front of the display panel; an optical filter part layered based on the base substrate and comprising at least an anti-reflection layer; and a touch signal sensing part layered on the base substrate or the optical filter part and sensing a touch signal by a sensed object. An optical filter and a touch input means are combined together, and thereby the display filter can perform a touch input function as well as an optical filter function.
