Abstract: The panel (1) includes a load-bearing layer (2) substantially composed of concrete (10) having among its components cement (11), aggregate material (12), and water (13), the aggregate material (12) being partially composed of alkali-resistant glass grit (14) with dimensions coming between 0.01 mm and 2.6 mm, and the concrete (10) including a micro-reinforcement composed of high tensile strength fibers (15) made of AR glass fibers (15b) and polypropylene fibers (15a), the panel (1) also including a grid (3) of alkali-resistant glass fibers. The process for the manufacture of the panel (1) involves a first stage (20a) for pouring a portion of concrete (10) into a form (7), then inserting a grid (3), followed by a stage for vibrating (22) the form (7) and then pouring (20b) the remainder of the concrete (10) into the form (7).

Abstract: A structural reinforcing is foreseen for cement based materials comprising polymeric yarns (2) such as polypropylene and AR glass fibres (3) mixed together in weights that are similar in order to define a compound, and linking means (5) of the yarns (2) and fibres (3) to cement based materials (4), the yarns (2) and fibres (3) define the resistance properties of the materials (4) selectively up until a substantial failure of the same and in correspondence with the failure, and the compound being set in an amount between ten and forty percent of the weight of the cement used in the cement based materials (4).

Abstract: It is disclosed a panel in particular for raised flooring, of the type comprising one concrete layer (7) having cement (8), inert material (9), and additives (10a, 10b) as its components, the panel (1) comprising a micro-reinforcement made of fibers (11) resisting to tensile stresses, the inert material (9) consisting of granules having diversified sizes to limit the presence of gaps between the granules, and the components being compacted together at high pressure to reduce the porosity of the concrete layer (7).
