  • Publication number: 20100206801
Abstract: The invention is a filtering basket for fibres in water dispersion, comprising a plurality of profiled bars arranged side by side to define a tubular structure with the inner lateral surface provided with a plurality of longitudinal slots that define a filtering surface; two or more annular elements coaxial to one another and spaced from one another, coupled by interference outside the profiled bars. The profiled bars comprise a plurality of main bars, each one of which is provided with a shaped edge whose cross-section is in the form of a trapezium and has the long side facing towards the inside of the basket and a plurality of secondary bars, each one of which is provided with a shaped edge whose cross-section is curved, with the convex part facing towards the inside of the basket.

  • Patent number: 7163106
Abstract: A strainer for fibrous suspensions, having a container, a filtering basket inside the container and a rotor inside the filtering basket coupled to motorization means suited to set it rotating. In the container there are a drain chamber of the rejected suspension, a delivery chamber of the filtered suspension, and a collector body arranged in the upper part of the container. The collector body has a lower collector and an upper collector, both with radial longitudinal profile in the shape of a truncated cone and connected to each other in correspondence with the long bases. The lower collector has its short base facing the filtering basket and the upper collector has its short base facing upwards.

  • Publication number: 20060070923
Abstract: A rotor for fibrous suspension strainers, having a central body with substantially circular cross section is formed with a bottom base, a top base and a vertical rotation axis and a plurality of shaped blades protruding from the outer lateral surface of the central body. In each blade the direction defined by at least one of the front edges is inclined in the direction opposite the direction of rotation of the rotor and forms an acute angle with any other coplanar direction that intersects it, defined by the intersection of the blade and any vertical sectioning plane passing through the vertical rotation axis.

  • Publication number: 20060016731
Abstract: A reactor (1; 30) for cleaning fibrous suspensions dispersed in liquids, comprising: a substantially cylindrical container (2), one or more rotating blades (3) arranged inside the container (2), a plurality of feed units (5; 6, 7, 8, 9) for feeding the suspension to be cleaned into the container (2) together with a gaseous substance dispersed therein in the form of bubbles, means (14; 16) for intercepting the suspension arranged inside the container (2), means (10) for skimming/discharging the foam and the cleaned suspension. Each feed unit (6, 7, 8, 9) comprises at least one feed pipe (6a, 7a, 8a, 9a) which extends into the container (2) and is provided with a plurality of ejectors (6d, 7d, 8d, 9d), each of which have a spray direction (Z) facing the inner surface (2a) of the container (2) for the distribution of the suspension to be cleaned starting from the inside of the cross section (S) of the container (2).

  • Publication number: 20050274667
Abstract: A method for manufacturing filtering baskets for filtering machines of fibres in aqueous suspension by preparing a plurality of mainly longitudinal developed shaped bars and the step in which the shaped bars are disposed side by side one close to another, at least some of the shaped bars having the contact surfaces with the adjacent shaped bars belonging to mutually convergent planes, to define a tubular structure having a central longitudinal axis. The method further includes the step of externally encircling the shaped bars by two or more coaxial annular members along the longitudinal axis (X).

  • Publication number: 20050247423
Abstract: A machine for washing fibrous suspensions has a pair of cylindrical drums; and a flexible belt with through holes carried by the drums. A conveyor carries the suspension to a contact line between the flexible belt and the first drum. A drive rotates at least one of the drums; and a collection received and pollutant agents; and another collection recess of the cellulose fibres. The conveyer has a head box below the flexible belt and upstream the first drum. The head box has a conveying conduit and) an outlet mouth transversally disposed with respect to the flexible belt. A flow conveyor, disposed between the head box and the first drum, has a laminar body with an inlet edge, downstream the outlet mouth, and an outlet edge, immediately upstream the contact line of the flexible belt with the first drum.

  • Patent number: 5772131
Abstract: The invention discloses a kneader for the preparation of paper stuff comprising: a substantially cylindric tank (2; 120) having on the internal wall, vertical ribs (21) able to interrupt the rotation of the stuff stream; a rotor (13; 130) having a vertical axis (X; Y) located inside said tank (2; 120) and provided with blades (32; 132) spiral shaped. The external edge of each said blade presents an holding wing (34; 134) which is continuous and oriented towards the bottom of the tank and said wing developes itself from the beginning of each blade, starting from the rotor part farthest from the bottom, ending almost at one turn before the end of the spiral on the bottom.
