Abstract: The present invention relates to an anti-decubitus device for a patient lying in a bed which bed has a main development direction, with respect to which it has lateral edges substantially parallel, and a front edge and a rear edge substantially transverse; the device comprising a flexible element which, in use, is interposed between said bed and said patient, and at least one handling unit arranged in proximity of at least one respective lateral edge, and having a length extension along a direction parallel to said direction less than the length of said lateral edge.
