  • Patent number: 11440216
Abstract: The invention is a machine for producing decorative aggregate G-layer on top surfaces of claddings in cooperation with a cladding manufacturing machine. The G-layer production machine may be integrated into the cladding manufacturing machine or a standalone machine. In both options, the machines synchronize the overlaying of the top G-layer with the manufacturing process of the claddings to ensure continuous production of multi-layer claddings with a decorative aggregate layer. The overlaying itself is done under controlled condition to produce homogenous distribution of the aggregates on the top surface of the claddings to provide them an aesthetic look.

  • Publication number: 20220266474
Abstract: An apparatus for spraying fluid phase color is integrated into a cladding manufacturing machine and synchronized with the manufacturing process. The apparatus is attached to the basket through which the concrete of the claddings is poured into a mould; color spraying initiates after completing the concrete filling phase of the manufacturing of the cladding and the basket retreats to its starting point. Color guns, attached to the basket, connect to color buckets and pump and condensed air pumps to deliver sprayed fluid color onto the top surface of the claddings. A control unit controls the color spraying via a sequential, parallel or pre-selected program or set of values of parameters that determine the final design or pattern on the claddings surface.

  • Publication number: 20200385997
Abstract: The present invention pertains to integrated machine for manufacturing anchor embedded cladding elements. Essentially, this machine comprises a cladding block manufacturing machine and anchor feeding and embedding machine, where the concrete block manufacturing machine and anchor feeding and embedding machine are configured for coordinated operation for producing anchors embedded cladding elements comprising concrete blocks and anchors embedded within said blocks. The flexibility and versatility of the machine is in determining the end location of the anchors in the final cladding elements before even manufacturing the cladding blocks. This provides greater degree of freedom, which in turn allows increasing the strength in fixing the cladding elements to a support wall on the one hand, and decreasing onsite or prefabrication workload and difficulties in the cladding process.

  • Patent number: 7324057
Abstract: The present invention provides a parabolic dish reflector antenna for wireless communications that is dually polarized for diversity reception purposes while causing minimal visual disturbance for use with cellular base stations and repeaters. The antenna comprises a reflector of paraboloidal shape along both the longitudinal and latitudinal axes of its diameter. The reflector of the antenna is comprised of 4 identical quadrants assembled at the installation site, where each quadrant is made of thin metal ribs with large openings metal mesh stretched and attached to the ribs. The antenna further comprises a feed that is located around the focal point. The antenna feed comprises an open cup-shaped conductive cavity wherein the two orthogonally mounted feeding elements of the antenna located within its volume, are low cost printed circuit board elements.

  • Publication number: 20060172710
Abstract: Apparatus for inserting transmit diversity into an RF signal for transmission, comprises: an RF splitter for splitting the RF signal to be transmitted into two signal parts, and a non-linear phase modulator which applies a non-linear phase modulation to one of the two signal parts, thereby to provide transmit diversity between the first signal part and the second signal part. One of the ways of inserting a non-linear phase modulation into the RF signal is to use a spinning disc with tracks of different dielectric strength. The apparatus is useful in cellular telephony for supplying repeaters and base station extensions with diversity capability.

  • Publication number: 20050085267
Abstract: A modular base station enhancing system includes multiple bi-directional amplifiers that are remotely controlled. Duplexers, corresponding to the bi-directional amplifiers, interface the bi-directional amplifiers with base station antenna elements, enabling simultaneous transmission and reception through the antenna elements. A control circuit, located remotely from the base station and the bi-directional amplifiers, enables control of at least one parameter in each of the bi-directional amplifiers to control transmission and reception characteristics of the antennas elements. The controllable bi-directional amplifiers may include a linear power amplifier to amplify transmitted signals and a low-noise amplifier to amplify received signals. The base station enhancing system is interoperable with different types of antenna elements, and may be implemented as a radio frequency (RF) front-end of the base station or as an RF repeater.
