Patent number: 12223552Abstract: Implementations ingest records across multiple accounts hosted by different service providers and augment the records with metadata. For example, ingesting can include processing the records to identify transactions in the records and to discover additional aspects of the transactions. In some implementations, metadata can be used to augment the identified transactions in the records, where metadata can include a category, a digital receipt, a user tag such as a geotag, and other suitable metadata. The ingesting and augmenting the records can populate a coordination data structure with identified transactions and their associated data elements. These identified transactions can then be queried and a result set of transactions that span the different user accounts can be returned. In some implementations, the transactions can be queried using the augmented metadata, or other suitable pieces of information for the transactions.Type: GrantFiled: December 23, 2021Date of Patent: February 11, 2025Assignees: UIPCO, LLC, United Services Automobile Association (USAA)Inventors: Mathew Cyriac Kottoor, Gideon Bowie Luck, Pradeep R. Patent number: 12209381Abstract: A foundation tilt reporting system includes a lightbulb with one or more emitters configured to emit light. The foundation tilt reporting system also includes one or more sensors configured to generate signals indicative of a current tilt of a foundation of a structure. The foundation tilt reporting system further includes one or more processors and memory storing instructions executable by the one or more processors to cause the one or more processors to access a threshold for the foundation, receive the signals indicative of the current tilt of the foundation from the one or more sensors, compare the current tilt of the foundation to the threshold, and instruct the one or more emitters to emit the light to provide an indication in response to the current tilt of the foundation meeting or exceeding the threshold.Type: GrantFiled: May 19, 2022Date of Patent: January 28, 2025Assignee: United Services Automobile Association (USAA)Inventors: Justin Royell Nash, Gideon Bowie Luck, Huihui Wu, Julia Yilan Kennedy, Yevgeniy Viatcheslavovich Khmelev, Subhalakshmi Selvam, Bradly Jay Billman

Patent number: 12184599Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure include systems and methods for managing group information such as electronic mail (i.e., email) communications, text message communications (e.g., including instant messaging), calendar entries, contact information, and so forth, to improve communication effectiveness between members of a group (e.g., a group of an organization, such as a company, school, and so forth). For example, the embodiments described herein include prioritizing certain subsets of group information management data associated with a particular member of the group, to provide certain subsets of group information management data associated with the particular member of the group during a time period that is determined based at least in part on prior activity (e.g., prior usage habits) of the particular member, and to recommend suggested time periods to interact with the particular member of the group to other members of the group based at least in part on the prior activity.Type: GrantFiled: April 20, 2022Date of Patent: December 31, 2024Assignee: United Services Automobile Association (USAA)Inventors: David M. Patent number: 12160430Abstract: Embodiments are described herein for systems and methods for continuously monitoring an electronic device to determine if tampering is possibly occurring with respect to the electronic device. For example, in certain embodiments, a hardware monitoring device may be configured to be communicatively coupled to the electronic device, and to transmit a command signal indicative of a network connectivity alarm to the electronic device in response to detecting that the hardware monitoring device has lost connection with a communication network. In addition, in certain embodiments, the hardware monitoring device may also be configured to indirectly couple the electronic device to a power source, and to transmit a command signal indicative of a tampering alarm in response to detecting that the hardware monitoring device has lost connection with the power source.Type: GrantFiled: June 22, 2021Date of Patent: December 3, 2024Assignee: United Services Automobile Association (USAA)Inventors: Thomas Wayne Schwarz, Jr., Sean Carl Mitchem, Timothy Blair Chalmers, Robert Lee Black, Gideon Bowie Luck
