  • Publication number: 20090188467
Abstract: The invention consists of the application of both fuel and water in engines and is characterised by the simultaneous vaporisation of these substances using one or more injection pumps of the type used for diesel and petrol injection engines. The fuel could be petrol, diesel, vegetable oil or another appropriate substance. Demineralised water is preferred to ordinary water. Blends of various fuels can also be used. The quantity of fuel and air can be adjusted for the proper operation of the engine. According to the method, water is transformed into high-pressure steam. The phase transformation requires relatively little energy. This energy can be obtained from the fuel which is transferred into the engine. The pressure of the steam and the gases which are released with the fuel explosion provide kinetic energy.

  • Publication number: 20080172928
Abstract: Emulsions of mineral automobile fuel, such as gasoline and diesel oil, and containing at least 77 percent by weight of water, are described as a usable motor fuel. When vegetable oil is worked into the mixture, the automotive fuel can contain a percentage of water that can vary over a wide range. The advantages in using fuel mixtures are lower fuel consumption, lower CO2 emissions, affordable automobile fuel, and a lengthening of the period for which the increasingly scarce reserves of mineral oil will be available.

  • Publication number: 20070289503
Abstract: Method to manufacture useful building bricks, blocks and elements by pressing granulated or partly granulated material comprising fly ash that may vary in quantity up to 92% of by weight, and cement. The average apparent density of the building materials may vary from aerated concrete density, which is 0.8 to 1.52 gram per cubic centimetre. The granulated or partly granulated mixture is formed to brick, block or element in a press, characterizing the process, suitable to compact the material under specific pressures varying up to 35 Newton per square millimetre of mixture mass. The press is of the type known as Sand Lime Brick press. The moisture content of to compress and to form mass may not exceed 13%, to enable the automatically working clamp of the press to take off rows of building blocks and the like and to place the rows on top of each other on a hardening car. Hardening of the products takes place under known cement hardening conditions.

  • Patent number: 5022543
Abstract: Positioning device to be incorporated as a controllable coupling element between a load and the cable of a hoisting apparatus. The element includes a hydraulic cylinder connected to a hydro-pneumatic transformer and to a hydro-pneumatic reservoir. The transformer is connected to a source of pressurized gas through a first valve, a second valve being provided in the line from the cylinder to the reservoir. The cylinder, the transformer, the pressurized gas source, the reservoir and both valves are mounted in a common frame, both valves being operable from a distance.

  • Patent number: 4787788
Abstract: A bomb handling system includes a plurality of mobile frames, each having a pair of rails and carrying members on the rails. Each pair of carrying members supporting corresponding ends of a bomb and there being locking mechanisms with separate, common actuators at particular locations along the lengths of the rails selectively to arrest a pair of carrying members in transversely aligned positions at a location and to allow such pair to travel past a location. The mobile frames may be attached in a train with their pairs of rails in end-abutting relation and including blocking mechanisms which releasably prevent transfer of a pair of carrying members from one frame to the next. A mobile frame may include a mechanism to elevate its rails so that loaded and positioned bombs may be raised for attachment to an aircraft.

  • Patent number: 4575984
Abstract: A construction element for constructing a supporting floor or the like consists of a slab made of reinforced concrete. The side walls of the slab are provided with protection profiles connected with each other. Two series of aligned, alternating projections and complementary recesses are lying above each other on each side wall of the slab, wherein the projections of one of the series are staggered with respect to the projections of the other series in such a manner that the recesses of one of the series lie above respectively below the projections of the other series. The projections of the lower series lie at a distance from the lower surface of the slab. As the construction elements forming a supporting floor are connected with each other by the interlocking projections and recesses of the adjacent side walls, the load of a construction element is distributed over the adjacent construction elements so that each construction element can take up a very high load.

  • Patent number: 4490178
Abstract: Granulated material, at least comprising a filler, being bound by an inorganic binder, which filler consists at least partially of a substance possessing latent hydraulic properties, in the form of a substance possessing pozzolanic properties, preferably fly ash, and process for obtaining said material by starting from a calcium oxide product, silica granulate and water in which a portion of the heat development is absorbed by said granulate and is recuperated.

  • Patent number: 4419312
Abstract: Hydrothermally cured articles are formed by mixing a filler and a binder, moulding this mixture and coating said moulded articles with silica or calcium hydroxide particles. Hydrothermal curing may comprise a first step, wherein the steam pressure in the autoclave is increased, thereafter the steam pressure is decreased and subsequently the pressure is increased to a steam pressure being higher than in the first step.
