Abstract: A sliding clip is disclosed. The clip may slide along a strap, for example on a belt. Optionally the clip includes a fastener. Optionally, the fastener may be configured to hold one or more cords, for example bungee cords. For example, the cords may fit into a channel and/or be immobilized by a pressing them with a clamp and/or a threaded knob. Optionally the positions of the cords may be adjusted and/or the fastener may be opened for replacement of the cords. Optionally the fastener is configured for one handed use. For example the parts may be retained together even when the fastener is opened. Optionally one or more clips and/or bungee cords are mounted of a belt assembly forming an exercise device.
