  • Publication number: 20170228701
Abstract: Systems, apparatuses and methods may provide for identifying a plurality of user intents and identifying user state data. Additionally, a time sorted list of intents may be generated based on the plurality of user intents and the user state data, wherein the time sorted list of intents defines a user route with respect to a particular day. In one example, the sorted list of intents is dynamically updated in response to a change in the user state data, a change in the plurality of user intents and/or a conflict between two or more of the plurality of user intents.

  • Publication number: 20170228121
Abstract: Systems, apparatuses and technology-based methods may provide for generating a graphic representation of a time sorted list of intents and presenting the graphic representation in a perimeter region of a watch face. In addition, a timeline associated with the graphic representation may align with an hour hand of the watch face. In one example, the graphic representation distinguishes between types of intents, shows a start time and end time of one or more intents and shows a status of one or more intents.

  • Publication number: 20100069264
Abstract: The provides methods for generating divergent libraries of recombinant chimeric proteins, comprising identifying a plurality of conserved amino acid sequences, selecting a plurality of consensus amino acid sequences as a backbone corresponding to said conserved amino acid sequences to serve as sites of recombination and as a backbone for recombinant chimeric proteins created, generating overlapping polynucleotides, inducing recombination between said polynucleotides to produce divergent libraries of chimeric polynucleotides wherein the recombinations intentionally take place between the sequences that correspond to the full length consensus amino acids. The advantage is that shuffling between variable regions, while maintaining the consensus backbone, increases the production of active proteins with high diversity, and better properties.

  • Publication number: 20050053989
Abstract: The present invention relates to libraries comprising recombinant chimeric proteins, each protein comprising a plurality of distinct consensus amino acid sequences corresponding to amino acid regions that are conserved in a plurality of functionally and/or structurally related proteins. The present invention further relates to methods for preparing the recombinant chimeric proteins and uses thereof, that are less expensive, less labor-intensive and more efficient than procedures used in current available methods. The advantage of the present invention is that shuffling between variable regions that are not necessarily predetermined, while maintaining the consensus backbone, increases the production of active enzymes while producing enzyme variants with high diversity, and better properties.
