  • Publication number: 20110052617
Abstract: The invention relates to a structural protein of adeno-associated virus (AAV) which comprises at least one mutation which brings about an increase in the infectivity of the virus.
    Type: Application
    Filed: December 1, 2009
    Publication date: March 3, 2011
    Applicant: MEDIGENE AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT
Inventors: Michael Hallek, Martin Ried, Gilbert Deleage, Anne Girod
  • Publication number: 20100268476
Abstract: Our disclosure pertains to the field of structural biology and relates to a process to compare various three-dimensional (3D) structures and to identify functional similarities among them. Our process of comparison of 3D atomic structures is based on the comparisons of defined chemical groups onto the 3D atomic structures and allows the detection of local similarities even when neither the fold nor sequence for example aminoacid sequences for polypeptides sequences or nucleotide sequences for nucleic acid sequences are conserved. This process requires the attribution of selected physico-chemical parameters to each atom of a 3D atomic structure, then the representation of each 3D atomic structure by a graph of chemical groups.
    Type: Application
    Filed: April 1, 2010
    Publication date: October 21, 2010
Applicants: CENTRE NATIONAL DE LA RECHERCHE SCIENTIFIQUE-CNRS, UNIVERSITÉ CLAUDE BERNARD LYON 1
Inventors: Christophe Geourjon, Martin Jambon, Gilbert Deleage
