The pad is wrapped around the male genital and secured by a first adhesive strip and then folded back at the end and held in place by a second adhesive strip, an elastic band, or both. An adhesive peel-and-stick strip attaches the absorbent pad assembly around the user to prevent sliding. At least one fold crease can be included extending between first and second edges and aids in the folding and forming of a pouch-shaped interior volume.
