    Abstract: An adaptor intended to be mounted on a distal tip of a drug delivery device is provided. The distal tip defines an axial passageway for transfer of a product contained in the drug delivery device. The adaptor has a longitudinal axis A aligned on the axial passageway. The adaptor includes: a connection member for connecting the adaptor to a connector; an inner ring releasably engageable on the distal tip; and a compression component separate from the inner ring and configured to be unreleasably snap-fitted onto the inner ring engaged on the distal tip by proximal movement of the compression component with respect to the inner ring. The compression component is configured to exert a centripetal pressure on the inner ring so as to prevent axial movement of the inner ring with respect to the distal tip.

The adaptor further includes compressing means movable axially with respect to said retaining means between a proximal position, in which said compressing means does not exert a centripetal pressure on said retaining means, and a distal position, in which centripetal pressure is exerted on said retaining means. The invention further relates to a drug delivery device comprising such an adaptor and to a method for mounting said adaptor on said drug delivery device.

    Abstract: A medical pump comprises a pumping mechanism located in a housing and a display placed on a support member which is articulated on the housing. The support member is pivotable with respect to the housing around a first axis between a folded-back position and an folded-out position. The display is pivotable with respect to the support member around a second axis between a first position, called a non pivoted position, and a second position, called a pivoted position, wherein the first axis and the second axis are parallel to each other. This allows the support member, in a first movement, to pivot around the first axis and, in a second movement, to pivot the display around the second axis. These two movements are independent from each other and it is therefore possible to perform the movements simultaneously or subsequently.

A lock is provided for locking the tightening element in the position perpendicular to the platen. The lock includes a tab that moves between a stowed position in which, when the tightening element is in the raised position, the tab bears against the tightening element and blocks it in this position, and a drawn out position in which the tab allows the tightening element to pivot towards the platen so that, in the folded position of the tightening element, the tab bears against a face of the tightening means different from the inner face.
