  • Patent number: 11370055
Abstract: An electron beam 3D printing machine, comprising a chamber for generating and accelerating an electron beam and an operating chamber in which a metal powder is melted, with the consequent production of a three-dimensional product. The chamber for generating and accelerating an electron beam houses means for generating an electron beam and means for accelerating the generated electron beam, while the operating chamber houses at least one platform for depositing the metal powder, metal powder handling means and electron beam deflection means. The accelerator means for the generated electron beam comprise a series of resonant cavities fed with an alternating signal.

Abstract: An electron beam 3D printing machine (1), comprising a chamber (2) for generating and accelerating an electron beam and an operating chamber (3) in which a metal powder is melted, with the consequent production of a three-dimensional product. The chamber (2) for generating and accelerating an electron beam houses means (4) for generating an electron beam and means (6) for accelerating the generated electron beam, while the operating chamber (3) houses at least one platform (16) for depositing the metal powder, metal powder handling means (18) and electron beam deflection means (15). The accelerator means for the generated electron beam comprise a series of resonant cavities fed with an alternating signal.

  • Publication number: 20180273714
Abstract: A method for the preparation of nanocomposite plastic materials includes coating thermoplastic polymer granules with sizes from 0.5 to 5 mm, using a physical vapor deposition (PVD) sputtering technique, with a coating layer from 1 to 100 nm of a material dispersible in a matrix of said thermoplastic polymer to form coated thermoplastic polymer granules, and thereafter plasticizing and injection moulding the coated thermoplastic polymer granules at high pressure into a closed mould.

  • Patent number: 7256536
Abstract: Cathode-ray tube comprising a glass envelope composed of a substantially rectangular faceplate, of a flared rear part and of a substantially cylindrical neck, the flared part including an anode button for receiving the high voltage, the outer surface of the said flared part being partially covered by an electrically conducting layer, adhering to the said outer surface, the electrically conducting layer being a metallic layer composed mainly of aluminium. This layer makes it possible to improve the image distortions due to the drop in the high voltage during current spikes delivered by the high voltage.

  • Publication number: 20050122026
Abstract: Deflection system for a cathode-ray tube comprising a pair of vertical deflection coils and a pair of horizontal deflection coils, the two pairs being electrically insulated by a separator. The system also comprises auxiliary coils modulating the horizontal scan velocity. The support 9 for the auxiliary coils, made of plastic, comprises openings 32 placed under the location 30 of the said auxiliary coils so as to decrease the relative permittivity of the space between these coils and the neck of the tube, which tends to decrease the occurrence of electric arcs in the neck of the tube when switching it on.
