  • Patent number: 10859314
Abstract: An apparatus and process for the compression, expansion, evaporation, and liquefaction of gases or gaseous mixtures consisting of a gas liquefaction column comprising successive chambers made of balloons resembling those used in pneumatic suspensions, and double-piston bases in between the upper and lower end of each chamber. Some of the double-piston bases are fixed while others in between are mobile. The group of mobile double-piston bases is activated in a linear to-and-fro vertical stroke while the other group of double-piston bases remains stationary. This results in consecutive suction and compression of the chambers, creating a Joule-Thomson effect at each of them. This results in the cooling and liquefaction of the gas or gaseous mixture. The apparatus also comprises humidity extractors, and different types of valves and piping.

  • Publication number: 20190177198
Abstract: A device for grinding and reducing food waste to be disposed of in sewage systems. The device eliminates disagreeable odours by flooding the grinding chamber with water using a swivel plug that retains a gap of fresh water from the last use of the tap. The fresh water serves as a barrier to odors by creating a partition, isolating the dirty water in the grinding chamber. The matter to be grinded is segmented and torn up several times by a grinding apparatus made of cutting blades while it swirls in the water until it is reduced to particles small enough to pass through openings in a spherical grid. The device can be adapted to different uses: residential, commercial or industrial.

  • Patent number: 10189734
Abstract: An apparatus for the treatment and transformation of municipal wastewater sludge or any other organic putrescible matter into biogas and liquid fertilizer by methanation. Several consecutive floating cylindrical bioreactors almost totally immersed in water, are bathing longitudinally in a thermally insulated basin to maintain set temperatures, mixing their contents by revolving on themselves by the action of air ejected from a conduit underneath them, engaging all elements in a collective momentum, from a multiplied force, because of the constant free power of each air bubble lodged in exterior buckets and grouped as a lifting force. The gas produced by methanation of the organic waste furnishes a source of heat and its pressure is used for the functioning of the whole apparatus, including several types of pumps, valves, and a new model of steam engine. A network of hoses is provided to bring the fertilizer to the farmlands.

  • Publication number: 20160168000
Abstract: The purpose of the invention is to divert all of the city or industrial wastewater, and particularly to prevent the pathogenic elements from flowing back to the rivers or waterways. The product of the whole process will be decontaminated, transformed into fertilizer and brought to the farmlands and forests through networks of hoses. The new idea is to treat municipal and industrial organic waste and wastewater by a methanation process in floating bioreactors revolving on themselves by air ejected underneath. Various new valves, pumps, and a new model of steam engine are created for the process. The gas produced furnishes a source of heat and its pressure is used for the functioning of the whole system. All the actions of the system, mixing, heating and pumping, are self-motion, and in the end, the new steam engine activates generators that produce electricity.

  • Patent number: 6315508
Abstract: A locking apparatus for retaining a load on a vehicle wherein a locking member which has a load engaging element is moveable between first and second positions, the locking member being urged to the first lock position by a biasing member, and a drive member to move the locking member from the first position to the second position, there being provided a guide member which has a arcuate surface such that the locking member is moved to a non-load engaging position as the locking member moves along the guide member.
