    Abstract: A method and system for measuring the development level of the natural temperament, degrees of positive and negative behaviors adopted by an individual, and reactionary pattern and style as predictors of the individual's current level of personal effectiveness. The method includes administering two separate profiling instruments, a temperaments type and a preferences type. The two are then correlated and adjusted to be congruent. A third instrument is used to assess positive and negative traits within each profile type.
