  • Publication number: 20250316189
Abstract: Examples a digital tag integration system using modular data to populate digital tags with item data. In some examples, a tag manager obtains a tag unique identifier (UID) for each digital tag associated with a modular display in accordance with a customized scan sequence. Each digital tag is temporarily matched to an item UID having the same position in an item placement sequence as the digital tag without requiring a user to scan the UID on the physical items. The temporary tag-item pairing can be undone while setting the modular is in-progress. When the number of tag-item pairs is equal to an expected number for a portion of the modular display, the digital tags are linked to the paired items. Linked digital tags are populated with item data for linked items. When the linked digital tag is reset, the digital tag is updated back to an initial unlinked state.

  • Publication number: 20240338658
Abstract: Examples provide a tag manager for linking digital tags to assigned items on a modular display using image data of the modular display. The image data is analyzed to identify the number of digital tags on the modular display and the current location of each digital tag. If any digital tags are not located in an expected location, the tag manager generates customized instructions for changing a placement of the digital tags to correspond to expected locations for the digital tag, including removing excess digital tags, adding missing digital tags and/or moving digital tags which are currently placed outside the threshold range from the tag's assigned location. If the number of digital tags is the expected number of tags and all the digital tags are placed within a threshold range of an assigned tag location, the digital tags are linked to items assigned to the display using modular data.

  • Publication number: 20240339052
Abstract: Systems and methods for resolving defects with digital tag systems include receiving, from a digital rail, an indication of a plurality of tags having unresolved errors, prioritizing, by an error manager implemented on a processor, the plurality of tags having unresolved errors based at least in part on a type of item assigned to each tag in the plurality of tags, wherein the plurality of tags are associated with a plurality of modular displays, each modular display including at least one digital rail, the at least one digital associated with at least one tag of the plurality of tags, identifying a highest priority tag from the prioritized plurality of tags, generating a corrective action for the highest priority tag, and generating instructions for implementing the generated corrective action. The generated instructions are presented on a user interface (UI) of a user device.

  • Patent number: 9785929
Abstract: A method and system for providing synchronous display at a customer mobile device of a vendor point of sale register receipt in the process of being created is disclosed. The method may include, at a customer mobile wireless device, initiating a live register receipt application and authentication process with a live register receipt provider, receiving and forwarding unique vendor register identification information and forwarding that information to the live register receipt provider. In response the customer mobile device receives and displays line item data from the identified vendor register via the provider in real-time. The system may include a customer mobile device configured to implement the live register receipt functionality described and a live register receipt provider configured to communicate live register data from vendor registers and mobile devices.

  • Publication number: 20140244312
Abstract: A computer-implemented method for collecting and transmitting data relating to an insurable incident. First data and second data relating to the incident is collected with at least one device. A data package is formed by combining the first data and second data such that the first data is visible and the second data is obscured by the first data. The package is transmitted to an insurance provider.

  • Patent number: 7120677
Abstract: Systems and methods to integrate processing of information from a plurality of data systems. In an embodiment, a system includes a network connection, which can receive information sent to and from a terminal. The network connection is coupled to a first network, and the first network is coupled to the terminal. The system can also include a plurality of data system connections, where each data system connection of the plurality of data system connections can receive information sent to and from a respective data system of a plurality of data systems. A server is coupled to the network connection and the plurality of data system connections. In an embodiment, the server includes a processor and a memory coupled to the processor. The memory can include a plurality of data system instructions objects, where each data system instructions object of the plurality of data system instructions objects corresponds to a respective data system of the plurality of data systems.
