  • Publication number: 20070068380
Abstract: The invention described in FIG. 1 of 4 concerns a hydraulic machine based on the utilization of the rotational inertial forces developed by 2 pairs of circuits (C1,C2) and (C3,C4) fastened respectively to the rotor R1 and R2. Each rotor is subjected by a connecting rod-crankshaft system to an oscillatory motion of identical frequency and phase different from 180°. In operation as a pump the circuits (C1,C2) are respectively utilized in the rightward ?(0°,90°) and leftward ?(180°,270°) phases of the oscillatory motion of R1; while the circuits (C3,C4) are respectively utilized in the rightward ?(0°,90°) and leftward phases ?(180°,270°) of the oscillatory motion of R2. Operation of the machine as a turbine is characterized by rightward operation ?(90°,180°) of C1, leftward of C2 in ?(270°,360°); rightward of C3 in ?(180°,270°) and leftward of C4 in ?(0°,90°). The power developed by the machine can be considerably increased by extending the active circuits as set forth below.

  • Patent number: 6511305
Abstract: A biphase conveyor of a mixture of fine solid components with pasty and liquid components based on the use of rotational and periodic inertial forces is described. In accordance with the present invention the conveyor comprises a mechanism which impresses on the identical rotor pair R1 and R2 a periodic oscillatory motion with identical frequency and with phase other than 90°. The oscillation mechanism can consist indifferently of a connecting rod & crank system or a rotating bearing with eccentric axis between two guides fastened to the rotor. On R1 is rigidly fastened a biphase circuit whose inlet E01 is connected with the feeder of the materials to be conveyed and the outlet U01 with the inlet E02 of an identical biphase circuit fastened on R2 whose outlet U02 is connected with the user. All this develops a resultant of continuous inertial forces with constant direction from E01 to U02 which causes the flow of the materials making up the mixture.

  • Publication number: 20020159901
Abstract: The parts for implementing the invention of the pump with high delivery and low head are illustrated in FIG. 1/10 which shows a tubular circuit bent in accordance with a circumference occupied by way of example by four 2-phase circuits fastened rigidly to a rotor. Each 2-phase circuit consists of a counterclockwise and a clockwise circuit whose direction is defined by two one-way valves each arranged at the beginning of the associated circuit. After the pump inlet the liquid is distributed through the inlets of the 2-phase circuits to the circuits Ci e Ci′. The forces of inertia stressing the liquid mass mc=m0/Nc of each circuit (where mc is the total mass relative to the circumference and Nc is the number of circuits into which it is divided) are proportionate to the same mass mc. Accordingly the acceleration of mc and the corresponding mean velocity Vc are independent of mc.

  • Patent number: 6305917
Abstract: The details necessary for embodying the present invention are: a supporting frame; two rotors; a system for the periodic alternating motion thereof with phases of 0° and 90°; two tubular 2-phase circuits (CB) consisting of two parallel identical tubes termed “active circuits” with an inlet and outlet tube at the connection points; starting from the inlet, where to each circuit is applied a one-way valve with the task of allowing only inlet of the liquid, the two circuits constituting the CB are wound one with right-hand direction and the other with left-hand direction; on each rotor an identical CB is fastened. The inlet of the first CB is connected with the feed source and the outlet with the inlet of the other CB, whose outlet is connected with the user. The connections of the 2-phase circuits are made with flexible tubes. With crankshaft rotation the two CBs develop a pressure differential and a continuous flow with valves constantly open.

  • Patent number: 4188786
Abstract: The hydraulic machine comprises an oscillating rotor, mounted on a machine frame, which is driven with reciprocating movement by a crank mechanism. On the oscillating rotor there is arranged an active pipe circuit filled with water, and consisting of a pipe winding the ends of which are connected, by means of flexible hose portions, to a fixed inlet and a fixed outlet. When the oscillating rotor is driven with reciprocating movement, the water contained in the active pipe circuit is subjected to a linear alternating acceleration which produces between the fixed inlet and the fixed outlet a pressure difference which varies in an almost sinusoidal manner.

  • Patent number: 4174611
Abstract: The hydraulic machine comprises an outer rotor, rotatably mounted around a longitudinal axis and connected, through an input shaft, to a driving motor, and an inner rotor mounted at the interior of the outer rotor, rotatable around a transverse axis, and connected, through a gear drive, to an auxiliary shaft coaxial to the input shaft. A hydraulic circuit is arranged at the interior of the inner rotor, and it presents an active circuit consisting of a pipe winding. The ends of the hydraulic circuit are connected, through rotary connections, to a fixed outflow and a fixed inflow connection. Upon rotation of the outer rotor and of the inner rotor around their respective axis, the inner rotor is subjected to a field of accelerations of Coriolis which generates between the ends of the active circuit a substantially sinusoidally varying pressure difference.
