    Abstract: The present invention provides an input method for electronic device with a compact keypad, which comprises plurality of number keys, to which multiple letter groups are assigned respectively. The method for inputting letters comprises the following steps: pressing the number key that corresponds to the letter wished to be inputted; and then pressing the number key that corresponds to the numerical order of that inputted letter within the sequence of that letter group. Using this easy input method in any electronic device equipped with a compact keypad allows the user to quickly yet accurately input any alphanumerical data without the use of any on-screen display menus.

    Abstract: The invention discloses a method and system for purchasing a transaction ticket by using a transaction card. A transaction card device transmits a ticket purchasing request including transportation information and transaction card information to an acquiring bank server. The acquiring bank server generates a ticket ordering request according to the transportation information so as to process a reservation procedure with a ticketing system, and then transmits a card authorization request generated according to the transaction card information of the ticket purchasing request and the price of a ticket ordering response to the issuing bank server. After the issuing bank server checks corresponding transaction card information and approves the request, a card authorization response is returned to the acquiring bank server. Then, the acquiring bank server generates a ticket purchase response to the transaction card device for outputting transportation ticket information and a bill.

    Abstract: The invention discloses a ticket booking system and method of determining an arrival airport according to a phone number. A ticket booking terminal is used to receive a ticket booking request including phone number information of a destination, and the ticket booking request is transmitted to a ticket booking server via a transmission mechanism. The ticket booking server has a look-up table pre-stored with a country code, an area code and a corresponding airport code of each of a plurality of phone numbers. The ticket booking server finds out a corresponding arrival airport code from the look-up table by comparing the country code and area code of the destination with the look-up table. Finally, the ticket booking server determines an arrival airport according to the found arrival airport code so as to book the flight ticket.

    Abstract: The invention discloses a method and system of searching for lost property by using credit card used in a credit card service system for searching for a lost suitcase, passport, old person or child with an attached card. The attached card is recorded with at least part of a credit card number. When a lost property is found, an attached card reading device is used to read the partial credit card number, and transmit it and the ID of the reading device to the control center for being stored in the database. Once the user finds his/her property is lost, he/she could transmit a searching message via any credit card reader, thereby the control center compares the searching credit card number and its database so as to find the corresponding contact data matching the searching message, and transmits the contact data to the user for getting his/her lost property back.

A baggage tag is attached onto the passenger's checked baggage. The 24-hour service phone number of the service station, and a mobile phone number and a passenger name provided by a passenger are imprinted onto the baggage tag. When the baggage is lost, the mobile phone is turned on to receive a call form the service station for the lost baggage, and the service station receives a call with the 24-hour service phone number on finding the lost baggage and records the mobile phone number and the passenger name on the baggage tag of the lost baggage, so as to call the mobile phone according to the mobile phone number about the lost baggage.

    Abstract: A method and system for real-time booking by an electronic document. The system has a proxy server, a booking server and a ticket issue system. A user sends booking request data to the proxy server through a mobile phone, wireless phone, computer equipment or portable electronic device connected with a telephone service station or public switched telephone network. Next, the proxy server performs a booking and confirmation procedure on the booking server. Finally, the ticket issue system prints an airline ticket or receipt to thus complete the payment and receipt acquirement procedure.
